Loved the Quang noodles and pork patty spring rolls. The waitresses were nice and attentive.

Our second time dining here. The staff is polite, and they don't interrupt your meal. The atmosphere is comforting. We always split a Bahn mi and large pho. The food is delicious and the atmosphere welcoming.
I ordered a chicken bahn mi, noodle vermicelli bowl, Thai tea and coffee. Prices were normal. I go to many different pho places. I wasn’t so happy about the food though, the chicken was shredded and there was hard/dry pieces, I had to pick them out and put them to the side. The bread for it was slightly cold, so yes the chicken bahn mi wasn’t the best. Thai tea was very watered down, and the coffee was wayyy too bitter. I love viet coffee but it wasn’t enjoyable. Vermicelli bowl was fine! This was my first time here but will definitely not be coming back sadly.
25jan2022 ~12:30 Swee and i dropped in Saigon Soul for lunch. The restaurant was nice and clean. There were a few diners. The Staff were friendly and courteous. We had the Bun Bo Hue (Beef Nooodles Soup), and the Com Tam Suom Bi Cha (Pork Chop, etc with Rice) .. A little surprised by the what seemed to be a piece of Pork in the Beef Noodles soup .. no matter, Swee loves the Pork .. Both the Bun Bo Hue, and the Com Tam Suom Bi Cha were tasty 😋😋👍
Everything we get here is delicious. They have the best Spring rolls. Pho and vermicelli bowls are amazing. I’m shocked the city of Kent has such a hidden Vietnamese restaurant. Hidden from the world. It should be a “Must Go To” when visiting Seattle.
Their Bun Bo "Hue" is good. I wouldnt call it Bun Bo Hue since it is not the authentic Hue style Bun Bo. It's more of a Saigon style Bun Bo (less paprika, onion and garlic flavor; and more lemongrass flavor). I love it. Haven't had this style of Bun Bo around here since Vietnam. Their Pho has good flavor and aroma too. Restaurant: Clean place. Easy parking. Service could be better.
I ordered a noodle dish to go and have a huge regret. When I got home, they gave me 3 little pieces of meat, 2 shrimp with full of noodles only. This dish supposed to have a lot of meet for $18. I will never order from here again.

Pho broth here is so good and soothing. Not a lot of MSG. The server is also the owner. He owns the restaurant for 20 years. He was so nice and gave out gifts to us. Definitely will tell everyone to come here for Pho from now on!
