Saigon Noodle House - Vietnamese restaurant in Birmingham - 4606 US-280 #108, USA

This is my go-to pho spot in Birmingham! I consistently choose it for lunch. The shrimp spring roll makes for a tasty appetizer alongside their delightful pho. The dipping sauce for the spring rolls is particularly good. While I haven't explored other menu items yet, I plan to on my next visit. However, I gave the service 4 stars because I haven't encountered a friendly server yet. The last time, the server seemed a bit upset when I requested napkins, and it's worth noting that they don't always have napkins readily available on the tables.

First time at Saigon Noodle House and had one of the largest bowls of Pho Tai, P2. Finally found a location that has great soup and egg rolls [Cha Gio - A1]. Will be dropping here for lunch or dinner. Lots of space and parking. Staff was great! They are so efficient that I used the rest room and my table was cleared... LOL. They quickly set up my table again and food came out quickly. Busy on New Year's Eve but order take out and again didn't disappoint! Happy 2024!

We are so glad that we found this Vietnamese restaurant during the road trip. The soup was light but we asked for fish source to add to the soup and the soup began to be super delicious. We ordered p5 and p4. Love them.

This place; it's a great first date, a great reconnect date, a good family go-to, a good place for students, a good place for individuals studying. All that's happening right now! Everyone is happy. Because the service is prompt and polished, the place smells comfy, and the food is plentiful and totally worth the price. Highlights; reliable favorites from Vietnam, plenty of quail eggs, so many good soups, bahn mi ! Recovering from respiratory issues due to pollen?! This is your soup 🍲 stop. We recently popped in this last week, Oct '23. Only gets better! Soup is incredible! I cannot do Justice to the awesome service.

I loved it! The waitress was really nice and the food didn’t take very long to come out. The mi đặc biệt was delicious; the broth was flavorful and reminded me of home. I also liked the bun bo hue, it had a nice amount of spice, and the broth was good. Overall, as a Vietnamese person I recommend this restaurant.

We love this place! Our favorites are the shrimp spring rolls and the vermicelli noodle bowls with charbroiled pork. Last time I tried a banh mi with pork and unfortunately, it was very dry. It seemed to only have butter or margarine on it. And the pork was so dry that it was like jerky. But the vermicelli bowls are a winner every time. I highly recommend getting a side of garlic chili sauce and pouring it on and pouring the whole bowl of fish sauce over the dish. Super yummy.

Sooooo worth the drive down to Shelby County last month, to celebrate husband’s birthday week! This food was so tasty and is prepared fresh while you wait! Low-frills atmosphere with simple service. IF taste of heart-healthy fare is your desire, visit this locally-owned appetite appeaser!

We were greeted by a great server He was quick with our order and very helpful with the menu. We ordered the shrimp spring rolls and chicken and ginger pho. The spring rolls were very fresh and a great peanut sauce. The Pho was light and had a great ginger hit.
