Sahara Motel - Featured Reviews (272)
I was surprised at how nice the room was. It seemed to be recently renovated and it had fresh paint, nice bed, very clean. Good working AC, microwave and fridge. It even had a very clean small pool. The parking is excellent. For the money this place is a great deal. I'll be back.
I wish i could rate it -10 but i can there was 3 cockroachs in the bathroom there was vomit on the sheets the microwave didn't work
There was no option for negative 5. Imagine you were dying, and that was the only place that could save you I would rather die. The dirtiest most unsanitary place on earth. My truck needs a tetanus shot.
Very close to Knott's berry farm and the customer service from the guy that runs the business was good. The room was somewhat decent. But the price was amazing and only $20 for deposit. So if you just need to crash for the night this is the spot. And the pool goes to 9 feet btw
Traveling from wa state with kids. We arrived late and standing out front by the office are a bunch of people looking like they were up to no good. We got in late and I had booked with military travel club so reservations were already paid. We won’t be staying rest of stay- feeling very uneasy. ||On Theo positive side- rooms look to be recently remodeled. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom not fantastic but is serviceable. One fridge didn’t work.
The King size bed is Marriott quality. The staff is nice. The room is spacious. The lighting in the room is very bright. Bring extra hooks if you want to hang your towel in the bathroom. The television has a variety of channels including HBO but it pixelates a bit. Two comfortable chairs in addition to desk chair and a nice refrigerator. The driveway is easy for drive in and out with plenty of parking spaces. You will sleep well at the Sahara.
Well, its not the worst motel I've stayed at, but its very close. There were derelict appliances in the parking lot and all the junk piled around the pool made it clear it had not been used recently. The elderly couple that ran the place couldnt figure out how to confirm my online payment. They were totally clueless and it took forever. When I got to the room, it stank. Everything in the room was generally shabby. It did appear to be clean. There are tons of little independent motels in this area. Choose another one.
This place isn't really that great. I don't even know why I stayed for as long as I did. I stayed linger then 10 days and even during the day time they allow NO visitors PERIOD. If they see someone else in the room besides the ones you've check into they charge you $10 extra per person. Doesn't matter if they're staying all night or not. I checked out today and had a friend over in the morning to help me get all my stuff up out of the room because my girlfriend wasn't feeling well and HD saw my friend in there and kept my whole $50.00 cash deposit when I averaged $97.56 per day staying there and was there at least 17-20 days. I don't recommend coming to thus place.
Coach Ken and coach Alison are amazing. They make it feel like your second home. It is so welcoming and the vibes there are great. All the students there are like family. The coaches there are extremely patient and willing to teach without hesitation
I was in town for a conference and did a drop in. The instructor (Josh) did a great job of educating and walking us through the movements. We did a dedicated strength day and worked on our deadlift form which was much needed. I really appreciated the
