Okay first, amazing location. Right on the beach. The first room we went into, the AC did not work and there was an odor. It wasn't very clean either. We waited until the bathroom ceiling started raining as a result of someone overflowing the timer toilet upstairs to complain and we were upgraded to a room right on the water. Awesome upgrade. Just a very old hotel. staff is hard to get ahold of in case of emergency but we did finally get some service and everyone was helpful. You get a good price for sure but I wish it was just a little cleaner

To tell everyone the truth, if I were you don't even try to book there, AT the middle of the night on our 2nd night the stack pipe on our bathroom broke And everything was flooded we had the worst night of our lifes, maintenance came at about 9.00 am and it took over an hour just to shut the water off, ladies and gentlemen if you want to do yourself a favor don't ever visit that Rinky Dinky motel, "O" you don't even want to talk to the front desk Nasty speaking Lady, also get ready for $20.00 a day valet parking "So they say" the pool is in very bad condition and dirty, to finalisy this don't go there that place needs to be demolished.. take My word for it. You're going to regret going there..

Nightmare! Do not stay here! First of all, we arrived around 1pm apparently check in is at 3pm we Ubered there because we just got Off a cruise and needed somewhere to stay just until 4 am to catch our flight, the lady at the desk was extremely rude THERE IS NO LOBBY! it’s a huge empty area that appears to be under construction and it smells horrible. She Told us we could not wait inside (it’s hot as heck outside; and we couldn’t use the bathroom) no biggie. We waited outside in the heat after grabbing a bite to eat. 3pm comes she attempted to recharge my card after i already paid. she gives us keys we get into the room there was hair and stains on the sheets, dirty socks in the kitchen drawers, no towels, no rags, no soap including no hand soap, food on table, knee brace under table, and trash on floor, and mold all over the bathroom tub. I go to the desk she offers a different room and denied a refund ($140). We take the other room NICE VIEW of beach AC did not work, tv did not turn on, fridge was rusty and leaking, still no soap or towels. We go to the desk request refund she refused to speak to Priceline said they are not her employer and she continued to refuse refund. We notified her of non working tv she yells “WE DONT OFFER TVs OR TOWELS!” She then sent the maintenance man he walks around the room literally and does not come back. We walked to purchase our own towels just thinking we had a short stay and went to the beach. The pool area has a small jacuzzi size tub that is full of concrete and a decent size regular pool. People live here. A lot of dogs wandering around, loud music, etc. straight to the point the room felt very unsafe come dark time people were screaming and yelling and fighting outside all night , we had a chair infront of the door and knifes under the pillows because we were so uncomfortable. We are from detroit area so this says a lot To feel this unsafe! This place is filthy and feels very unsafe! Felt as if we were a part of a horror movie. This is definitely a crack house. DO NOT GO HERE!

Well, this is a pretty bad. I'm a germophobe and I didn't check the reviews. I'm pretty sure these towels aren't clean considering there's hair on them and they're super wrinkley like they've been used. it's okay though because I refuse to step in that shower. Also, the bathroom door won't close and the front doors top lock is broken. Someone tried to come in but I'm sure it was a wrong room incident. there's a gap in the window that allows peeking from the outside. I didn't want to drive 8 hrs so I broke up the trip. I hate that I brought my children here. My daughter just asked me to check for bugs on the bed.

Positive: location was decent - near shops Negative: NO WIFI! : 0 hotel looked like it was run down for YEARS 20 per day for parking pool and facilities under construction room looked like it was a cheap 30$ a night motel did not meet expectations. Negative: ""

I enjoyed my experience at this hotel very much. There is no wifi, which in itself made my visit so much more enjoyable. When in the room , I watched TV. Publix grocery store across the street with a Starbucks. People live at this establishment. They play shuffle board and hang outside their rooms. I truly felt that I was in the Twilight Zone !! Beach is steps out the back entrance. Cheap, small, door hardly closes, water damage. My room was clean. Wish I got the room with the raccoon, like the guy in the other review. That would've been a trip! Can't wait to go back! I wanna retire and live in this place!

I wish we had an options for minus stars.. The very old “lady” in the front desk was very rude. Their systems is even older than the “lady” and I had to wait 45 minutes for their integration with Expedia to show my order. when finally I got helped by Expedia wonderful team, she refused to give me the room cause “the desk is close” But I believe everything is for a reason, Expedia got me better hotel For same price!
