The owner, Patrick, is a fantastic human being, and his energy comes through in the quality of the food and the atmosphere of Sage House. Unassuming from the outside, you'd be forgiven for overlooking Sage House, as it doesn't scream at you with flashing lights and bright colors, instead opting for a more subtle, quiet but welcoming aesthetic. Inside, the small space is radiating with a sense of purpose, the green of plant life crawling in your peripherals and a wave of cool, refreshing air just waiting to welcome you in embrace. Patrick's passion for life and for his craft shows in the unique menu. I tried the Komodo Dragon Rolls, a spicy custom roll that Patrick was visibly excited to prepare and which was served lovingly with a visually appealing and carefully crafted aesthetic. Each bite of the rolls was pure perfection, from the texture and flavor of each ingredient to the combined experience. The individual elements were distinct and noticable, yet they all also worked together to create a symphony of delicious joy. I hope I can come here again the next time I am in the area. If you get a chance, I would highly recommend you stop in and give it a try. The sushi is superb, the energy refreshing, and the company exquisite. 💙🍣🍙
It sounds crazy, but this is seriously top 3 sushi for me! We went here on a whim for date night and have not been disappointed. The owner spent his time talking with us the whole time he made our rolls (smoke on the water and honey badger) and he was very kind and accommodating. Honest opinion, the smoke on the water is the best sushi roll I’ve ever had, and I’ve had sushi in Miami, DC, Seattle, Bay Area California, and many other fantastic places. We will be going here again! Highly recommended!
Loved it! Friendly service with delicious sushi and macarons that were beautifully made. We had the Komodo and Smoke on the Water, and I'd recommend both. Was super excited that they had ramune too!
This is some of the best sushi I have ever had. I’m glad to see that Brigham city finally has a quality restaurant. When I tell you the best sushi I’ve ever ever had I am not even joking. I’ve eaten at many sushi restaurants all over Utah, and other places and even had Nobu sushi and this sushi is just as good or better. I will now be a regular customer. Thanks Patrick for bringing the sushi to Brigham city.
I was not expecting to get really good sushi in a town like Brigham but there you have it. Got three rolls and loved them all. Highly recommend this place now and I'll be back. Be advised it's to-go only so call and order ahead.
We ordered 4 rolls and enjoyed all of them thoroughly! The Great quality sushi that tasted amazing, and friendly staff made the whole experience very enjoyable.
Fantastic little sushi place, recommended to order ahead as everything is made fresh so it's not the fastest. Smoke on the Water and Komodo Dragon were my favorites of the rolls I tried, my partner really enjoyed the Cabo roll, which was a very different and pleasant fusion surprise. My friend and I ordered for the first time today. The sushi was so delicious and had many unique rolls, including one we liked with Pico de Gallo on it. The chef was so nice and visited with me while he finished making our rolls. He offered to make adjustments on the spice level to fit our tastes. I'm excited for them to expand their menu. I do wish they had some sides, such as dumplings or miso soup. I highly recommend and will definitely go back!

This is a stunning edifice built by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for patron usage. Visitors not of the faith can visit the grounds. It is well worth a few pictures either day or night.
