May has always been there to bless me with her assistance. She has always been there to help and provide an amazing experience for me as well as my guests. Even at times where there's a lot going on she does a great job of helping me as well as other residents as soon as assistance is needed. If you are a USF student or live around the area, this is the place to reside. I always recommend to my friends to move to Sage & some of them have. Great community with a lot of cool amenities This has been a great experience & I am extremely impressed by May & the team at Sage! Awesome apartment units, cool amenities, fun monthly events, great community & a very friendly, professional staff.

Went downhill so quickly. First couple of months the staff was great. Now they’re impossible to get a hold of with a high turnover. They don’t answer resident portal emails, they don’t answer emails sent to the address they always respond to these reviews with, they don’t answer phone calls, and there’s rarely staff in the front office. If you want to renew they Jack the rent up even higher than what they’re charging new tenants. I guess it’s more profitable to turn apartments over and collect on all the random application fees.

We moved in around the beginning of September and so far we are really loving it here; Kevin in the office was so helpful and friendly from the time we first walked in for a tour, he made things super easy for us and always kept us informed on the process on what needed to be done by what time leading up to our move in date. When the staff keeps you informed like this it makes a huge difference and it lets you know how it will be living there. The grounds are kept beautiful and now that it’s starting to get cold I really enjoy stepping outside to the fire pit in the courtyard with a drink to relax in the evening. Area is nice and quiet, but still many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars within a few minute drive. Being so close to a preserve is nice for when you want to get away and relax, hike or get on a bike trail. Very happy with our decision to move here.😊😊

We have experienced kindness and professionalism here at Sage. The lawns, gardens and pool are clean and well-maintained. It's quite and nice. The club house is very neat and there is coffee 24/7!! The staff are friendly, pleasant and available. We love living here and recommend it to anyone who needs an absolutely wonderful apartment with stunning views!

Initially, leaving here was good - the leasing office staff was friendly and there was always coffee available. At the gym, there was always towels and complimentary bottles of water. Unfortunately, this reality is now long gone. The current leasing office staff are not helpful at all (to say the least). Part of the gym equipment is almost always out of order. Finally, there’s a lack of appreciation for current tenants and total focus on “signing” new ones.

We moved into our apartment almost 8 months ago. The office staff has treated us like family ever since, especially our dog who is always enthusiastically welcomed into the office for love and treats. Thank you, May, and the rest of the Sage office family, for loving our pup like your own! He absolutely lights up when he sees you and would probably live in May’s office if he could. It’s nice to have that homey feeling after moving to a new state.

I lived in this apartment for an year in 2022-2023. Apartment was nice and amenities were good, however the move out process was extremely terribly handled by the leasing office. We paid additional $500 or else they said they will report it to collections. There is no proper guidance given to the tenants and the leasing staff didn't communicate properly within themselves . This is plain rip off . MOVE OUT PROCESS SUCKS. The lease stated that the move out inspection has to be done in the presence of maintenance staff yet the leasing staff told us that there is no need, you can get the apartment cleaned and our maintenance will go in later. We insisted that this needs to be done in our presence to avoid any additional charges but still they didn't budge. They said they will inspect after you move out. BIG RED FLAG. They charged us for repainting it for next tenant but lease never stated that. There was no grease left us on the sink still they argued that grease was left and they charged us for that . There was always construction going on in this apartment so there was dust always coming in and they blame us for keeping blind clean. Have you ever seen an apartment where you have to pay for your repainting charges and regular wear and tear? I have stayed at many apartments across the country but never seen such RIP OFF. The lease never stated that. I then argued that had you did the inspection in my presence then I would have avoided the charges. They are here to get more money and looking for ways to blame you. Beware of the community director she is the one in charge of all of this.

Terrible place Pool has dog poop Gym equipment out of service Useless staff Residents are always fighting at the gate because people could not figure how to get in and always forget to go around the circle because there is no divider Police are always present and nobody knows why Staff are absolutely useless Tickets will not resolve Sometimes late at night your hear sounds as if you are in a shooting range Do not be mislead by the pictures there is nothing there and you cannot wait for your lease to burn You will get a different rent based on various subjective reasons even if you have the same unit and rented at the same time. There are always hidden fees that you did not sign for Do not expect anything from staff after you sign up Staff change very frequently You will get sick of office daily notifications. You feel like you halve a second a job that you need to pay attention to Do not eat anything at the clubhouse and do not drink from the water fountain by the gym or water bottles in gym fridge
