I met a few of the employees that were very friendly and respectful! I was pleasantly surprised at the devotion these people have in order to maintain quality production.
Where I had to make my drop, they had a bunch of junk right where I needed to go. Not a bad place, if you have short landing gear, watch your trailer at the rr crossing
They were an incredible company to work for, but with things as they are I understand. Hope you make it through the coming months and maybe we shall cross paths again. Solid company, showed they valued us as employees and kept us working as long as they could manage.
The supervisor I worked under was the rudest person I've ever met. A coworker decided it'd be fun to consistently threaten me. I told mt staffer and supervisor, both did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Crappy pay for 12 hr shifts.
Says you'll get hired after 3 months. They work you to the bone, don't get a life, only to tell you no.
Well. It's an OKAY place to work. It's not the best but like every other place, there's going to be issues. I've worked here for about a decade and started off at $12hr. Before the starting wages were at $15-$16hr... If you like overtime and working 100+ hours, this place is for you... Quite honestly, there are other places to gain aerospace experience. You only learn a limited amount of tasks and if your job is just a single mounted task, there's not much to put on a resume. Day shift is probably the least laidback shifts in any of the buildings. Not saying it's okay to screw around but you can basically get way more work done on any other shift that isn't 1st shift. I would watch out if you like to cause trouble and drama is NOT tolerated here which is GOOD but does still happen. But there is a problem if you are to create issues with someone who's established into this company and long time family in this place. There are ethical issues within the upper management staff (HR) and some favoritism does occur. This is just something i have observed throughout the years of my service in this company. I liked working here and got me by financially but is left you wanting more in the raises. I'm writing this review as non biased as possible by the way. If you show up on time everyday and work hard they will recognize it but won't praise you for it. Communication is sub par to poor. Things break and takes a week ro a month to replace. The turnover rate is quite high. Not many people last longer than 2 years on average and honestly I've seen some work MAYBE three days then not come back. It is a VERY messy and somewhat dirty job unless you're inside a clean room. I suggest other aerospace companies if you are interested in getting into this feild.
I really don't know what I like to say about this company. I know some people who work for this company. But trying to get a job here for me I don't think it's worth it at all. I have heard that the it changed. But still I don't really recommend to go back and work with them. And yes some of the things people hear about this company yes they're all the same... they work people too much!! Unless you know the upper management and supervisor. I am glad that I didn't get a job here because I know that I won't like it at all especially from my bad experience in the past. Not worth my time, I don't care about the pay just that yes the stories is so true.
Worst place to work, not worth the low pay. I worked here 11 years ago started at $12.00 an hour. I ended up qiuting after a year because I join the army. Well after the army I went back and starting pay was still $12.00. Been here for 10 months and just quit found a higher paying job. There is a lot of corporate greed at this company, they don't care about there employees, lot of turn over of employees.
Safran shipping has the worst lead and supervisor.. They were both unprofessional and didn't know how to train anyone about the job at hand. I don't know how they have a job there.. Very unprofessional. Safran is a good company to work for. But not in shipping. Marysville...
Grabbed lunch here on our anniversary. Love that they have smaller portion plate lunches as an option. Even the smaller portions come with generous servings including rice & mac salad. We got the shoyu chicken, kalua pork, and spam musubi. Loved the
Do you love flavored whips? Then you're going to love Shipwreck! Always ask what whip flavors they have. Try their limited specials! One of my family's favorite coffee places! Always fantastic and the staff is always lovely.
Crave 80âs is my favorite bar. Iâve had many regular haunts over the years, but this place is something special. Magnificent atmosphere and staff, Alex in particular always makes my Wednesday night karaoke experience something memorable. Fantasti
