I would give this place 0 stars if I could. After checking in we found stains on the bed, walls, and somehow ceiling. The toilet lid was too small for the bowl, there were holes in the wall, the room reeked of cigarettes, and their were bedbugs. After bringing this to the staff's attention they claimed they had never had this problem before, despite me having already read many reviews that had reported similar issues. Additionally, when showing them pictures of the bugs they stated over and over again that those weren't bugs, despite them very clearly being bugs. To which I made the point "Even if they are not bugs why was the room not clean" and all they said back was that the rooms are cleaned daily by staff. Overall, the place was disgusting, and the staff tried to say we were making it up and gave no effort in rectifying the issues.

Great location but the staff is horrible the maintenance man is always drunk the people go up and down on prices and their is mold everywhere from the tub to the AC to the bed I wish I would have got pictures but I couldn't bare to stay in that room any longer I got my money back and was on my way.

For short notice,the room was great compared to the other hotels on leopard St. the bathrooms needs work there were no trash cans in the room odd

Always clean the owners are awesome and so is maintenance feel safe being the neighborhood is not the best beds are comfortable an I'm able to rest with no distractions or disturbances

Very poor conditions, i booked online and wasnt aware of the bed bugs, non working air conditioning, and no clean linens. Mold infected room. Its not worth the money.

Best thing i can say was I didn't see any roaches. Not a place I'll likely stay at again though.

I would give this place 0stars if I could. The place was literally disgusting. The rooms were petrified of cigarette smoke, ashes everywhere, bed sheets stained of blood or other fluids. It was just horrible. Was informed that they had bed bugs so I was basically out of there as soon as I got there. I Just would NOT RECOMMEND the place AT ALL. Keep you’re family away if you have kids. Who knows what the bugs could transmit.

I had showed up to the hotel by myself I had arrived before my fiance who was expected the following morning. He ended getting to corpus that night and when he tried to come to the room that was paid for the night manager told him he couldn't go to the room and to get off the property . Even after saying that he was my fiance the manager still acted the same threatening to call the cops. I have never seen such a ridiculous show of minor authority and ridiculous rule. I paid full price for a king sized bed room but my fiance can't come in the room? Will never stay again I was a guest that was treated like a prisoner or in some detention facility
