Thank you for your Technical and Professional Services given in repairing my Mac Book Pro Computer. I first called Apple and talked to a Technical Support Supervisor after spending approximately 6 hours on the phone she directed me to take it to an Apple Store. After talking to an Apple Store Technician who made an appointment for 5 days later and later told me in an Apple email before my appointment to backup my hard drive. I called SaDi Consulting and they immediately told me that my Mac Book Pro needs a New Hard Drive. I didn’t need to backup my hard drive I just took it in to SaDi Consulting the next day on Friday, they said it will be repaired and ready for pickup by Monday, but it was ready on Sunday. On Monday I pick up a blazing fast Mac Book Pro Computer. It was like my old slow Mac Book Pro had came alive again but only with speeds I had never seen before. I am extremely happy that I called SaDi Consulting before buying a New Mac Book Computer (spending approximately $1,500.00 or more). Thanks to SaDi Consulting my 2009 year old Mac Book Pro Computer runs just as fast as a 2018 New Mac Book Computer. All I know is that I am extremely happy with the results and for all my computer problems now and the future I will call SaDi Consulting first.

I had an issue after a recent update where my iMac would say "damaged or incomplete" if I try to open any apps including System Preferences. I called Apple support and they could not resolve it. I went to the Apple store and they couldn't resolve it either. Their final solution was to wipe out the entire computer and re-install the OS which is always a risk even if it's backed up. I reached out to SaDi and he went above and beyond what any other Apple reps were able to do. He was professional and made sure I understood what he was doing so that I can learn from it.
