This place is beautiful! Clean and organized. They have a wonderful coffee shop! Their produce is fresh, clean, and abundant. Los of brands and flavors to choose from. The employees are kind and respectful. I wish I lived in the area.
Great grocery store in the center of Sacramento! They have a nice salad and food bar for lunch. They have a nice seating area upstairs. Their bulk foods and healthcare section is pretty intense. The prices aren't too bad either. Also, they have a small parking lot out front and a huge parking structure across the alley, very nice!
Got to love this place! Especially if you're Midtown native! Always look forward to Seeing what I'm going to try next in hot food cafeteria area!🤟🏼
I’d say the best thing about the Sacramento Natural Foods Cooperative (SNFC) is their selection of fresh, organic produce from local farmers. I always start with the seasonal produce, but be warned it can be very very pricey. Currently all of the seasonal fruits (peaches, plums, nectarines) are around $5.99/ lb… so it can all add up quickly!
The Co-op is generally very pricey and I avoid the freshly prepared foods from their kitchen because the quality doesn’t match the day-light robbery prices! 🤨
Excellent store, with an awesome deli and coffee service. It’s fairly large like a normal grocery store with all the normal grocery departments and very nice area with natural supplements and vitamins. All the normal brands you see in a large health food store. Nice area with tables upstairs and sn outdoor area for eating as well. Many vegan options at the deli and plant based milks available in the coffee service. They also have a hot food service bar and a cold salad bar.
Great service but the prices are way over budget got a gift card and only bought few fruits and vegetables won't be back
Sac coop food is outstanding. Produce so fresh. I'm addicted. Already planning to make the over 1 hour drive for their food once retired, due to a move...and that says a lot as we also have Berkeley Bowl nearby. Great staff and other patrons.
This is my go-to store for all things healthy and delicious! I get all my organic bulk products here! Always a huge selection of gluten free and vegan foods here including fresh and frozen. Vegan house made pizza and pies all year! Love the taco and pizza bar. Don't miss out on the fresh organic smoothie bar either. Fresh salad bar adjacent to an olive bar. Wine and spirits sold too. Organic, Grass fed meat and dairy if I ever need as well. Stop by there yummy cheese isle as it's a connesuer's dream. This is a place I have trusted for over 20 years!

Joseph was very kind and took the time to explain what he would do with each stretch. I enjoyed him very much. He was quite polite and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I was a little too strong for him. He was not expecting me to be as strong . I would
