Ce pont est impressionnant par sa magnificence. L'endroit nous charme par son caractère historique, son paysage calme et paisible et sa rivière translucide. Le décor champêtre fait de ce lieu un endroit magique.
Fun place to visit with a nice restaurant next door. Great experience to visit and cross either walking or in the car. Beautiful views.
So beautiful and peaceful. You can stay here for hours just staring at the water and scenery.
I have been new to Maine area, and found myself visiting for the past some time the Saco Covered Bridge in Fryeburg, Maine. it was an incredible experience. The bridge itself is a stunning piece from the 19th century, and apparently I was told it is one of the longest covered bridges in the state. but what I like more had been the water that was flowing underneath it. a great spot with easy parking to reach, and wonder around by the water.
visiting the Saco Covered Bridge is an iconic part of the town of Fryeburg and a great spot for tourists and locals to visit and appreciate. Overall, a great experience and I will be back
well maintained, good conditions, good view from bridge to river.
A little detour, a magnificent find. The covered bridge over the Saco river at Conway is a must visit every year when I come to the white mountains for leaf peeping. There is a little path behind the fence at the parking lot. You can have an unhindered view of the bridge from a cozy sandy beach along the river bank.
Great spot, get there early, set up shop, and enjoy the day. The only downfall and surprise (new this year) it's a $20 parking fee for the day. The lot is small, hence "get there early" maybe fits 20-25 cars and that could be exaggerating. Bring a rope 30-40 ft long to tie off the a log or tree and link your floats and chill in the sun or rain in the rivers relaxing current. We set up a couple mini camping grills and had ourselves a cookout. Because of the rain today we had then entire beach to ourselves.
This place was so peaceful!! The sound of the stream has a calming effect. I could spend hours there. There is parking right next to it. You can go down to the beach too. The water was so clear that you could see the bed rocks from the bridge!

Great spot near North Conway to relax, swim, and picnic. Nice walking trail along the lake and access to other trails that lead to Cathedral Ledge. If you arrive after 5pm you can park along the road and do not have to pay the entrance fee.
Homemade Bread, Great Service, Yummy Lattes
This was my favorite breakfast place during my time in the White Mountains: Sweet Maple is warm, comforting, and with plenty of regulars (there's even some encouragement written on the bathroom walls).

We were in an accident in front of the store. The staff were wonderful to us, offering us a free beverage, and a warm place to sit with all of our Christmas shopping bags, until our wrecker and ride home arrived. We didnât eat or drink as we had
