I had this place on the list for a while and couldn't wait to try. When I arrived I found parking nearby. I walked into a small, cute place. I sat and my friend was already ordering food for us with the waitress Kauana and she was great! We started with a pitcher of sangria and it was delicious. For food, we had the garlic shrimp, mushroom risotto, yucca, and octopus. It came iyt after about 20 minutes. Everything looked and tasted very good. My favorite was the mushroom risotto! I really enjoyed my time!
Amazing and delicious food! The portion sizes are worth the money. The meat is so tasty and grilled to perfection. The outside seating is perfect for a summer evening. I got the grilled skirt steak with rice and beans and plantains. It definitely met my expectations! This place is worth a visit!
Food is mediocre at best. Many better restaurants nearby. Both of us also had stomach issues after dinner
Personnel was very friendly with quick service. Food was devine. We tried 3 different stakes and they were really delicious 🤤The prices were more than reasonable.
Quaint little Portuguese Brazilian Diner in the heart of Little Portugal in Newark.. Service was very good, fresh food quality with big portions and very tasty. Their coconut lemonade was excellent but a bit pricey for the quantity. Ambiance was ok. Will definitely return
Had the grilled squid. The plate had excellent flavor, although the squid was not as tender as the very freshest squid I have had. Still a very flavorful fish. My friend had the Bacalhau Grehaldo and was pleased. Healthy sized portions at a reasonable price.Nice little place. Looks like they are expanding into the adjacent building in the near future.
I used to come here before the pandemic a lot and loved their Saturday Feijoada plate and their BYOB option. They now serve alcohol so it’s no longer a BYOB. They were still kind enough to let me drink my bottle. Their Feijoada, pork stew, was still as amazing as ever and pre-pandemic. They only have this dish on SATURDAYS. My hubby loved that there were pig cartilage different smoky parts in there. I am so picky in eating that I have never noticed it. I ate the smoky meat parts. It’s the best Feijoada in town. Feijoada, a popular Brazilian dish, owes its name to its main ingredient, black beans (feijão). It is a rich stew traditionally made from different parts of the pig, such as feet, ears, and bacon, as well as other smoked meats. We had the octopus appetizer. He didn’t know you can ask for it to be cooked differently. We just ordered the dish and it came with potatoes almost like a toss potatoes and octopus stew. The octopus was cooked nice but would have rather had it dried. Maybe next time ;) Ps their remodeling was bomb and out side seating was cozy. Their staff is always great and polite.
This salmon is nothing like I've ever tasted. A party of flavours with a choice of two special sides. I picked deep fried bananas and green collards which was also the suggestion of my waiter. The salmon was grilled to perfection, the lemon added taste and looks. The staff super friendly and welcoming! I'll definitely go back to try other dishes.
The food was delicious, well pleased with this choice. The food is also large portions so be prepared to bring leftovers home. The atmosphere is nice. There was a live band playing. I could still talk with my friends and have a good conversation.
The LivFit team are working magic. For about 15 years I have been suffering from chronic pain. In only 3 months of working with Samantha and the other trainers, not only have I lost weight and gained stregnth, I am doing it without any pain. The trai
Really wasnât sure what to expect of this restaurant after knowing what the place was before they took over, but I was blown away. We came promptly as they opened and weâre seated right away. By 6 PM the place only had 3 tables open. The food was
This was a great stop at the end of our work day. What a nice brewery. The owner was so welcoming, gave great taste options for me to try and all of the tastes and the Belgian I had-- were excellent. My husband joined me and tried 3 IPA's, loved his
Hidden gem. They're super friendly and super clean and super nice. They have some fantastic combinations of items to go on hot dogs. At first you might not think it but it's worth a try. Well worth the trip.
This was a great place to enjoy a tasty meal before my flight. Sabine greeted me while I was reviewing the menu outside of the restaurant. Her genuine positivity and cheeriness were a breath of fresh air during a hectic day of travel, so I decided to
Very friendly atmosphere. The guys in there are really nice and they give lots of chicken as you can see by the photos. I didn't tell them anything other than I wanted a chicken platter, told them I want these vegetables and this is how much I got. I
My friends and I went to see Monica. Iâve come here several times before and have an amazing time always. From the acoustic, cleanliness of the whole entire venue with accessible parking and safetyâ¦.always a win.
Not sure how I missed this gem. I drive past it everyday. Cute cafe. Good prices. Only complaint is the $3 orange juice that comes in the small tea cup, like Iâm not a grown adult. Other than that the fries were amazing and I donât even eat fries
Second time coming here. Hot dogs are piping hot in late December. Tony's smells exactly what you expect an authentic hot dog truck to smell like. It's hard to describe but the steamy dirty water just has a way of lifting my spirits when it blows out
It is a beautiful day on Easter Sunday. The park is packed with visitors. It is cherry blossom time. Traffic is crazy and finding parking is tough. We arrived in early afternoon. When we leave in early evening, there are still people arriving. There
