I don't understand why people are not shoulder to shoulder at this bar waiting for a drink. Excellent beer of multiple types: Emilioooo Nitro Brown Ale, Roundabout Red Irish Red Ale, the Seeds of Fruition sour line are all so good!!!!! We have been here multiple times and everything we've tried has run from good to great! Sabbatical is well worth the hour drive for us. We'll see you soon!

Stopped by here today and was very impressed with the friendly service plus the delicious beer. They had such interesting beers, I had never had a milkshake IPA before. But don't sleep on their darker stouts as those are just so incredible that you may view stouts differently afterwards. I definitely recommend stopping here.

If you like micro breweries, then this is a must stop. They have a large selection of craft beers for all tastes.

Great local brewery in Manitowoc, the IPAs were outstanding. Beautiful tap room, renovated from an old mill. Brewery opened in 2021 according to the beertender. Definitely will be coming back.

Was completely blown away by the beer, the venue, and the Brett newski band tonight at sabbatical brewing company!! It was an incredible evening of rock and beer. People need to know about this and I am the one to enlighten them!! Congrats for exceeding my expectations which rarely if ever happens. Had there blueberry encrusted beverage which was delicious. The band was excellent in an not sion to forget evening!!!

I love their sour beers! Best of all they support other local businesses like mine, Retro Eighth Coffee. It’s also nice to see them partner with area food trucks and have live music events. Beautiful historic location, updated to comfort while still preserving the heritage of the building!
