Saattvik Indian Dhaba - Vegetarian restaurant in Fremont - 34115 Fremont Blvd, USA

I recently visited Saattvik with my friend and this was the best Indian food I have had in a long time. We ordered Aloo Parathas, Shahi Paneer, Lassi, and Dahi Chaat. Everything was amazing but I cannot rant enough about the Paratha! They were the best! The size is good, it was soooo damnnn tastyyyy. Reminded me of home. Mr. Pavan was also kind enough to prepare a fresh batch of lassi for us.

Try Saatvik's Panipuri at their stall on weekends, it's very tasty. Pani, Potato stuffing, ragada - was really good. The place is neat and they serve nicely. We also like their paneer dishes, Lobia curry, moong/chana/tadka dal, aloo Gobi, Kala chana, gravy Manchurian, Haka noodles, rotis, stuffed parathas and sweets.

This is the best place for great home cooked Indian food in Fremont. I went there a few months ago for the first time and was so impressed with the variety of fresh food. My in laws were visiting from out of town and they loved it and were amazed with the great tasting food. I recently had an event catered, Pavan and Ruby went above and beyond to ensure it was a success and all of our guests loved the food. This is a great family run restaurant that really makes food with a lot of heart. Do yourself a favor and visit, it is by far one of the best Indian restaurants in the Bay Area.

Saattvik Indian Dhaba is a hidden gem! Pawan and Ruby, the owners, and the amazing staff are not just serving food; they're creating a welcoming family atmosphere. The cozy vibes and top-notch service instantly make you feel at home. The menu is a flavorful journey through delicious and creative Indian dishes, showcasing the chefs' expertise. I had the pleasure of sampling various items from the menu, and each one surpassed my expectations. Saattvik isn't just a place to eat; it's an experience that makes you want to come back! I am in paratha heaven! So happy to finally find a place with fresh, healthy Parathas in the Bay Area! I’m from north India. Full disclosure, these aren’t the full on ghee wale rich ones, but taste just like home for me.

They have the most delicious curries and the best parathas in the Bay Area! Also, I love the live pani puri (both aloo and ragda) on Friday and Saturday! My partner (Jaipur native) and I come here once or twice a week.

5 star rating for the food itself. We ordered for puja lunch and wanted food without onion and garlic. Very few people are able to do justice to party food without onion and garlic and Pawan was able to meet our requirements. Everyone liked the food a lot. I got lot of queries on where the food was from.

I got few points 1. Food was good 2. Packing is bad, if I order a meal the both curries get mixed up always. I have the feedback to management, the way they received was not friendly. 3. Last week when I got meal Togo, I found a plastic poking stick in the food, which is very upsetting.
