s2s Communications has been a great partner. As an organization we like to do things in unique ways which do not always fit into the boxes that many service providers have built. We connected with s2s at a time when our organization recognized that our previous provider was probably no longer a good fit for us as they met our immediate needs, but didn’t exactly work with us in the way we wanted. The team at s2s listened to us and understood what we were looking for. They set up everything in a way that not only met our needs, but also our wants. I was a vendor for S2S. It is very uncommon to see a vendor composing a review but the staff at S2S were professional, thoughtful, thorough and fair. Their mission is to be "single point of contact for broadband for the enterprise". What I found out was that they CAN do this. They do it without smoke and/or mirrors and they do it in a businesslike manner. I have never written a recommendation for a client (especially after our business relationship had ended) but they are a team who is driven by customer focus and fair business practices.
