Wonderful dining experience. Love the food, the drink and really delightful service team! Glad we picked here to celebrate crossing into the new year. All dishes we ordered were nicely executed, from texture to flavor, unpretentious, just delicious. All their cocktails looked good (from seeing other people’s orders too), highly recommend the two we got. Valley girl is refreshing, not too sweet, not too strong, can taste the fresh strawberry and mint scents. Love the el viejo, it’s smoky, spicy, slightly fruity, very well balanced drink! Would def order all again!
This restaurant is an Italian eatery with a rustic charm located close to downtown Santa Ynez. We began our meal with the Bob's well bread and octopus salad, which was truly delightful. For dinner, we had the MACCHERONCINI GAMBERI E ZUCCHINE pasta and a spicy salami pizza. My friends opted for the SPINACH CRESTE DI GALLO, chicken dish, and the chef's special pasta with scallops. Every dish we tried was incredibly tasty, making our dining experience truly enjoyable.
This place is great. I am a local and try to support local business. The food is good, but the prices are a bit ridiculous for what you get. I won't go back for that reason. Great place if you are visiting and prices are not an issue. But look at the prices closely.
This place has incredible food. The baguette is served with olive oil from Italy which I really enjoyed because I miss the olive oil from 🇮🇹 so much. I got the Pollo Alla Griglia which is roasted chicken smothered in some sort of pesto sauce I just can't remember exactly what it was but it was good haha. She got the wild mushroom pappardelle which was exquisite 🤌🏻. I highly recommend this place if you're staying in Santa Ynez
We were in the area for a wedding and were recommended to come in here for dinner one night and I’m so glad we did- I’ll be sending everyone to SY Kitchen now. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. Best thing we ate was the octopus (on the salad menu but not really a salad). A black sheep standout was the Swiss chard! Everything is fabulous and the drinks are top notch.
This is an outstanding restaurant. If you have an event, small or large, contact Heather and the events team. It is perfect for a gathering of any size. We hosted a lunch for 15 and it was fabulous. Heather and her team will treat you like family. Highly recommend.

We LOVE dos carlitos! Been coming here for years, whenever we pass through Santa Ynez. We even visited two days in a row this past weekend.... They have amazing salsa, to die for margaritas (Cadillac, baby!), food, and service.

Great pastries, and wonderful service! The fruit was fresh, the waffle was perfect, my friend loved her coffee, and my vegan burrito was flavorful. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and parking is super easy. New go-to breakfast spot!
We ordered a large pizza. Dough was great. My wife liked the sauce, I would have preferred a little more spice. It was brought to us hot and looking great. Will eat here again.
