Training with Coach J has been extremely phenomenal. My 6 month experience was very beneficial to my health not just physically, but mentally as well. Training + meaningful conversations about life made working out a breeze. I will be joining team S.E.L.F midweek evening sessions to continue my journey.
Coach Jamal is an Excellent trainer!! I give him a 10/10, and this gym truly feels like a judgement free zone. Definitely recommend going to the weekly classes, and especially having him as a personal trainer!!!

DAC is a great facility for working out, swimming, or doing the many available classes. I really enjoy Khaleah's zumba class and my kids love to swim in the pools. I don't interact with the staff much but on occasion, they're polite and helpful.
Friendly service, great coffee, delicious sausage/egg breakfast croissants. Clean, bright welcoming space to sit with free Wi-Fi. A little music in the background would make it perfect. A little hard to find--signage not obvious.
This is one of our FAVORITE places to shop!! I come up from Jackson, MS, to shop here with my sister. The clothes are fantastic, last a long time, and are beautiful. Also, the best part of this store is the staff. Courtney is our absolute favorite. S

I have loved this place for years! Now its even bigger and better! Knowledgable friendly staff. Great quality items at good prices and cheaper sales tax in Mississippi. They have loyalty points too which is a great bonus.
