Spent a week post-op, found staff responsive, smart, helpful. Good small hospital; maintains connection with larger facilities to supplement procedures if unable to perform locally.
The staff was all so nice! From the cafeteria workers to the transporters, to the registration folks, to the security staff, everyone was kind, smiling, & genuinely seemed to enjoy their job & find comfort in each other & each other's abilities. The doctors & nurses were excellent & very kind too. Thanks for a great experience during an unforseen need for medical care Rutland.
The care was good the wait not so much when your in terrible pain
They were super busy one night when I had to go to the ER but the Doctor and nurses who assisted me were amazing and very kind and made me feel comfortable being there especially because they knew I had been transported from a substance abuse treatment facility for my drug addiction...I've had bad experiences in the past with other hospitals where the doctors or nurses discriminated me and made me feel uncomfortable and not welcome or like I didn't matter so thank you Rutland Regional Medical Center for treating me the way I should b treated and like I matter like everyone else should b too.

10 people in the waiting room, and I've been sitting here an hour and no movement. I understand some medical issues take longer than others, but why have fast-track.
I have to say with all of the new upgrades and services they have done. Make a real difference, and all of the staff were truly helpful taking care of the needs of my Vater and I he's 89yo and had a broken arm, so I want to say ty so much for all of your professionalism

Friendly and helpful staff.
I had to visit the ER for a nasty cut. Check-in was very quick and friendly. I did not have to wait long to be seen. Overall a positive experience.
