Love this place even though I’ve had few hiccups with the service as I waited little over 30 minutes twice in a row as my order got mixed up….They still deserve a good review as i love their bowls!!!!that pumpkin spice with the peanut butter and bananas is 🔥🔥🔥🔥

First time going to Rush bowl, I ordered a tropic smoothie.The smoothie didn't taste like much but it was very refreshing. There were a few chunks of fruit in the smoothie. They need to work on their customer service, they don't even greet you or let you know they will be with you soon...also very expensive.

I’m so disappointed. My brother and I came here after our hike and was expecting a great health treat… I got the banancavo and it was so slimy I couldn’t even get 5 good spoonfuls in. My brother got the high tide(the blue one) and it was so runny I almost had to go catch it, and by the time he ate it, it was just liquid lol. She overflowed our bowls with granola, I actually liked it, my brother didn’t(it turned to a nice oatmeal on top). So Just be aware of that.

I love this place. All their products are amazing and I would like to come more often but if it's crowded inside prepare to wait a bit. The staff are all awesome but things get in the weeds pretty quickly if there's a rush, pun unintended. Today I placed an online order before noon for 1245p and didn't actually get it until after 1p. That's tough when you only have so much time for lunch.

Good bang for your buck price to size ratio. Nice smoothie place downtown across from Starbucks and Barnes & noble. The staff is friendly. Ingredients are fresh. The bowls are amazing and the smoothies are pretty good too. A good spot to go to in Downtown Hartford for something fresh and light.

Made a complaint and it was resolved quickly. Love my hot grain bowl, no where else I would get it from. Exceptional serve. 💯

This place has the BEST smoothie bowls and smoothies. They only use real fruit/ veggies and their açai is pure organic açai from Brazil. Not the sugar added preservative full sherbet that Playa Bowl uses. They are focused on serving healthy food in Hartford which is hard to find. All the workers are kind and helpful. Prices reflect the quality! Real fruit is so expensive and they don’t cut down on portions or quality. Great place. Recommend to everyone who cares about eating real healthy food free of additives and fake ingredients.

Wait is long. I got a Jungle Bowl today, I don't think there is banana in it, and I got a bite into a big chunks of frozen pineapple that did not get to blanded in at all. I never had this experience before, I always love this place. This time, I am disappointed. Hope do better next time.
