I just realized this as I am eating my food but this woman working there seemed to be like the only one left there. She must’ve been closing by herself, and I came in right at about 9:25 ish (they close at 9:30) and she still made my food and didn’t throw me no attitude, and was really nice. Wish I knew her name so I could put it on here but I appreciate it a lot! 🙌🏻 treating people good like that will take you very far
We decided to dine at Runza Restaurant on 1/7/23. We had great service and the food was great. As I was ordering in the drive thru, a car opened their doors and yelled “Hey Papi” zestily. I was immediately flustered and flabbergasted at the aggressive catcall that I missed the window which poorly placed and not well marked for drivers. I had to drive my car all the way around again. Didn’t love that.
I ordered a Swiss mushroom runza. When I opened it the top of the bun was separated from the bottom bun. Very messy to eat. Runza should be finger food not knife and fork

Runway burgers are my favorite fast food burger and I love the fact that you can get ring, fries, or both. The best is that, unlike other fast food chains, you talk to a real person when you order. Keep it up Runza. Human are better than AI!
Runza is pretty good! Nice to eat something different. I enjoyed the Vegan runza more than the cheese. Their burgers are good too. My daughtet and I had ice cream cones on the way home to our hotel. I would go again.
All I'm saying is I would have waited for fresh non burnt onion rings guys!
Not gonna lie I was debating on giving you guys 4 stars cause my chicken strips were burnt BUT you guys had a fast, friendly, and very positive impact on my customer service today wich I value more specially on January 1! I usually get bad experiences with grumpy staff right before, right after, and on holidays and I wanna just say a big Thank You! I hope the manager shares this with the staff and make sure the employees that give 110% are appreciated.
This was our first time eating here and it was great. Such a great atmosphere and theyâre very welcoming here. Food was incredible. My daughter and dad loved it. Iâm glad she reccomended it for our lunch!
