First visit, disappointment The restaurant was clean but all the employees looked like zombies. The food is fresh and the flavor is good but it was overpriced. The restaurant itself is like a low budget fast food joint. The sandwich is like eating a big dinner roll with a little bit of shredded meat and onion in it. Preformed crinkle pressed potato french fries are just like the cheap ones you buy at the grocery store. The bright spot is the salads and the people are friendly. The $7.00 sandwich was no good and the $3.50 french fries are bland. Overall I would eat here again if there was nothing else available.

I went because I was craving one of their salads got one and I was so disappointed at what I received. It's almost $9 and this is what I got. I am so disappointed right now because I had to toss it away 😭 there was only 3 hard pieces of chicken in it also.

First time trying these. They're unique sandwiches similar to hot pockets. I'd come back. The mushroom swiss runza was good.

Might be the busiest soda fountain in Nebraska, I promise your food will be ready long before you get your drink. Other than that, a very unique and delicious sandwich these Runza’s are. Kinda like a classy hot pocket. And the Frings were a pleasant surprise. Dipping sauce not so much, it’s pretty much French onion dip. Nice, clean, and comfy fast food type restaurant, but the men’s bathroom was shockingly dirty. Just from short term neglect, and I let a staff member know. They also have some good looking burgers, wraps, and salads. Soft serve ice cream and cookies for dessert. Definitely give this Nebraska chain a try for something tasty and different.

Honestly I’m not one to do these. But honestly if you choose to work at a fast food place that’s you whatever. And I understand people have bad days/weeks whatever. But to drive through and the girl taking orders says “I have no clue what the hell you’re talking about after simply ordering a “runza” and to then not even give us everything we ordered. Should have said F you and spent our money elsewhere. This means nothing to that worker I’m sure.

The young man that works there that took my order is an excellent asset to your company and to your business. He provides personal service above and beyond. It was very pleasant to interact with him and to see him interact with others. I did not get his name but he does have some difficulty walking around and has a protective helmet but in no way is he handicapped. He rises above his limitations. The food was excellent I got a mushroom and Swiss sandwich and it just melted in my mouth the bread was extremely fresh. I think it came out of the oven when I placed my order it was quite superb. Fresh moist and piping hot most delicious. And the double cheeseburger I got was great as well. Thank you for the excellent experience it was my first time eating at a Runza restaurant. You deserve more than five stars

This is my second visit to a Runza and I've fallen in love with this delicious blend of meat, spice, cabbage, and yummy bread. This location was clean and tended by a friendly staff just like the other one visited last summer. I could eat these things all the time!

I am allergic to garlic and onions, and this restaurant was so accommodating! They cooked my hamburger patties with no seasoning, other than salt and pepper. The staff was fabulous, and the burgers were delicious. Thank you!!!
