Runza is not a caring place at ALL! As soon as I walked in, the workers want to stare rudely not wanting to seem to take my order. Then when we do order they get our food wrong and instead of fixing it they had me pay to get what I ordered in the first place. While obtaining my food, the “chicken strips” were chicken nuggets, not even strips. You’re really gonna serve that?! Also when eating the food the workers continued to stare. Worst service ever.
This location was exceptionally clean inside. At one time, Runza was always more expensive than other fast food restaurants but I was pleasantly surprised that their menu prices have stayed fairly stable while other have risen. I realized I had spent a couple bucks less than I would have at McDonald's and got much higher quality food. Everything about my experience was great and I will be visiting on a more frequent basis.
Passing through town around 7:20pm we stopped to grab some food. We arrived right before a big rush. Some of the kids appeared to be training and there were several in the kitchen. One person in the kitchen even said, "wow, there's no organization." Not sure I would recommend the French onion burger at this location. We would have gone back if we had discovered it was missing a burger patty sooner, but we were already out of town. Lesson to Management: ensure learning transfer after covering topics involving attention to detail. Specifically, burger assembly.
Was told by the locals that I needed to try their Runza. Not my favorite place, different but maybe I need to try a burger next time.
It's fast food and it's great! The young servers were very patient with my kids and picked up on my ques of some items would not be offered. (we don't do pop)
Was my first time, not a bad meal, but your menu photos are deceiving for the amount of meat insde the runza
Can’t believe how busy this place was at 9:45 at night. But the burgers are fresh and so good compared to the other fast food places.
Burger was raw and chocolate shake was basically milk with a few chocolate streaks which I had to wait on for several minutes after I got my food
We spent over 2 years at this park for a contract job in the area. The first year was under other ownership than current owner, and the difference between the the two was night and day. When the manager Malena took over, the park improved dramatical
Beautiful little shop. Has a good vibe and even better gelato. My favorite is their boba. They are always so sweet and kind as well. They even let me get extra boba pearls! Definitely a favorite local spot.
While out exploring various parts of the city, we discovered the River City Star river cruise. The river boat was out on a private excursion, but definitely looks like a place we want to return to.

16" Stuffed pizza for $20 can't be beat. I ordered extra mushrooms and there was a very apparent extra amount of mushrooms. Most pizza places seem to struggle with the word extra.
I was so impressed with my first time here that I had to come again and so glad I did. Came to Norfolk for business and I am now excited to come back just to eat here again. Also, customer service here is off the charts. The kindest and quickest staf
Clean and quiet rooms, and comfortable beds. Everything we needed after a long day. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. With a great breakfast in the morning with lots of choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again
I am from Maxwell and our One-act team went to state and after we went to Culver's and they sang us a Christmas carol and it was the best. Clifford and zoe were the best. Thank you so much the service was great and so was the food.
