1. **Food Quality:** "The kebabs were exceptionally flavorful, and the baklava was a delightful end to the meal." 2. **Service:** "The staff, especially our server, was attentive and friendly. They made us feel welcome throughout our dining experience." 3. **Ambiance:** "The restaurant's cozy atmosphere and traditional decor added to the overall enjoyment of our evening." "While everything was fantastic, a slightly quicker service for the main course would enhance the overall dining experience."

Had trouble communicating with the server, actually 2 of them. We had two buffet dinners, and another friend who just wanted a gyro. All of the heating candles for the hot trays had gone out, so all of the buffet food was cold. It was cooked decently and seemed to be freshly made that day so I didn't worry about food safety. However it was like leftovers and should have been hot. The gyro we asked for was turned into a giant order of gyro meat and fixings with no pita. I thought everyone knows what a gyro is, especially here. I was wrong but she didn't ask any questions so gave us a high end $25 version of gyro without pita big enough for two people. At least it was hot and freshly prepared. They use big loud fans to move the air in the building which I also don't understand because the building is about 15 years old. They have air conditioning, or had it at one time. The loud fans probably had an effect on our servers not being able to get our order right. I was really looking forward to coming here and made a special trip to do it. I was disappointed. I will come back again because they do have a nice cuisine and they seem to have the tastes of items right. But if it is this bad on my next visit it'll be proof of ownership not doing things properly all the time, which will eventually lead to safety issues and more quality issues.

The bakery products and desserts are very nice. My favorite dish in the restaurant is lahmacun. There is also a grocery store inside where you can find European and Middle Eastern products. Friendly team.

Excellent, authentic Turkish food. Pide, lahmacun, baklava, lamb kebab, etc. Generous portions. Hot tea included. We'll definitely return!

I drove two hours from Columbus to try this restaurant, and I can confidently say it offered the most delicious lahmacun I've ever had in the US. The prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

We went with my friends and we ordered kebabs, iskander kebab and salad. Everything was so delicious! Specially for me was a tea! I recommend to everyone!

Food was good excellent. However, it was quite warm on the inside in the restaurant area and almost all of the tables were dirty. We also had to buss our own tables after we finished over to trash cans that were full and that area was filthy as well. This place would be a 5 star if the aforementioned issues are resolved.

Their lahmacun tastes really good. The first thing I expect from a good lahmacun is that it must have a thin, crispy dough with proportionately placed tasty ground beef. Rumi’s fulfills all my expectations perfectly. I’ll definitely come back and taste all other things in the menu. Their market side is pretty good as well. You can find a good variety of international food selections.

Super nice metaphysical store with a healthy collection of crystals that I have not seen anywhere else. The owner was really helpful and knowledgeable. I loved this store and I would definitely visit again when I am in the Tremont area of Cleveland.
