Delicious halibut fish and chips with a very crunchy breading and actual home cut fries, the first I've had in Ventura. And any place that has Marie Sharp's hot sauce is okay with me! And the chicken sandwich looks like the bomb!

This is such a gorgeous restaurant. The decor was nice in both the indoor and outdoor dining areas. The outdoor dining area had heaters at just about every table. The patio is open to dogs as well. The food was really good. I had the three tacos listed on the happy hour menu. One was a fish taco. I don't remember the other ones but they were really good. My wife had the croquettes. They were tastey but too spicey for us (we are both kinda wimps when it comes to spicey so take that into account). We had the garlic fries to ensure protection against any rogue vampires in the area. It was a lot of garlic flavor so I'm probably protected for the rest of the month. The best thing we had there was the Peruvian device. Don't pass on that! The staff was attentive and very cool. It's worth a stop. All the parking is paid parking, but only $1 per hour.

We really enjoy this place, especially the happy hour menu. We have been five times and the food was very good to excellent on all but one occasion which was on a Sunday. The service has been outstanding every time. Our go to menu items include; the pork tacos, fish tacos, garlic fries, Peruvian ceviche and mussels. The apricot habanero flat bread was a miss on that Sunday but very good the second time on a Saturday. We also enjoyed the plantain chips. We found the pork belly tacos ok but sweeter than we prefer. The drinks are also very good with a special call out to the dragonfruit drink, pineapple habanero rum fizz, and the watermelon mojito.

First time to RumFish y Vino…. What a place to be for happy hour on a Sunday… the atmosphere was clean and inviting. Our waiter Anthony was friendly, and had a wonderful smile. The food was flavorful and satisfying. We ordered the pork belly tacos, garlic fries, ceviche and queso fundido. The pork belly tacos were delicious. The pork belly was tender with slightly crispy edges. The garlic fries were exploding with the perfect combination of garlic, cheese and parsley. The ceviche was good. The fish within the ceviche should’ve been chopped a little smaller. The queso fundido (chorizo, poblanos, queso Oaxaca) is one of our favorites now. We are looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely LOVE their Cochinita Pibil tacos!! They are ULTRA DELICIOUS!!! their Pork Belly tacos are a very strong #2 for best tacos served here. Best time to order them is HAPPY HOUR when you can get MORE for your MONEY!! Also highly recommend their very popular small plate QUESO FUNDIDO. It’s full of flavor!! And my 3rd but just as strong recommendation as the other 2 items is their APRICOT HABANERO FLATBREAD!! Very delicious too!! Can’t go wrong!

I thought this place was beautiful, has great service and the food is delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating with heaters. Dog friendly! Paid street parking. Highly recommend for some amazing fresh fish options.

This is an indoor outdoor restaurant with a bar. The inside can get loud if you are near the bar. The food is awesome and so is the happy hour menu. All the food was amazing and we tried about 8 entrees mostly small plate. The octopus was absolutely amazing, that dish was executed perfectly and amazing cool flavors! Service was very attentive, educated on the menu, and friendly. A much more friendly local place.

We had some Happy Hour appetizers and drinks that were all good. The goat cheese and fig salad had a delicious tart vinaigrette that balanced the sweetness of the figs. The BBQ sauce on the pork belly taco kind of dulled the rest of the flavors. The Reef Hazard and Smoky Tamarindo were well balanced drinks with really unique flavor profiles. Just judging by the menu I'm sure all of their other drinks are similarly thought out and worthy of trying. I got the Pozole and each element had so much flavor on its own while still being cohesive. I usually can not stand anything with hibiscus but the hibiscus egg wasn't overly strong. For dessert I got the Key Lime Pie and the Kirk and Sweeney Rum flight. For an ounce of each pour $16 is a great price. The pie was good but could have been a little more tart in my opinion. Perhaps a lime wedge as opposed to a wheel as the garnish would have made that easier. The merengue on top was toasted ever so slightly and it was extremely light and fluffy. Our waitress Marina was great especially considering how busy she was. We did ask the host for some sparkling water when we were sat and he must have not told our waitress cause it took a while and a second time asking before we got it. The temperature outside on the patio was perfect but for those who get cold they had really nice space heaters at almost every table. The only somewhat slightly negative thing was how loud it was outside but that isn't really the restaurant's fault as much as it was the family celebrating a kids birthday next to us. Overall I would 100 percent recommend here and if I lived in the area I would probably try every drink on the menu eventually.

Awesome customer service! Diego was great and set me up in the store with a mask/snorkel combo for my cousin who is moving to Hawaii. Worked within my budget to get two good products but didn’t try to upsell me. Would recommend this place to anyone
