Wonderful and patient employees. It was my first time there and the girl working cashier explained the different sauces for us. She also insured we had everything and brought us extra napkins. The food was good! Love a place I can just run into and buy some good healthy fast food. The orange sauce was sweeter than the Hawaiian. I would eat here again.
Rumbi is always good, and this one is no exception, but I'm also just really impressed by the workers here. We came during the holidays and it was nicely decorated in the fun "Christmas-in-Hawaii" way they do. All the tables were really clean and--even more surprising--the bathroom was immaculate. You just don't get that kind of attention to detail at most restaurants of this caliber.
The employees were really nice and patient while we decided, and they were friendly and mild-tempered. Altogether it was just cozy. Loved it.

Went about 7 pm..weekfay not very many people inside although a lot of people doing online pickup. Staff was friendly and supportive of what we wanted, and accommodating with special requests. This Rumbi's location is fantastic! The food is hot and fresh, and management is always friendly and accommodating. I have never had a problem that the manager didn't quickly and satisfactorily resolve. I enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and friendliness at this location.
Such a great place. Their food is always made fresh. I love their taco Tuesday's because the fish tacos are only $2.50 a piece. Also, the staff is super helpful and friendly. I always love coming here.

So, after eating here once or twice a month for the last year, I finally asked about the additional sauces that they offer.
All I can say is wow this is now one of my favorite restaurants. Make sure you try different sauces tell you find one you love.
So I originally had a less flattering review. I feel like I had a much better experience this go round and my sons kids meal was free with my entree on Monday nights which makes it a good value over other options. And for the price it’s much better food than fast food. Also portions have not gotten smaller like everything else
