Rugged Country Lodge - Lodging in Pendleton - 1807 SE Court Ave, USA

We were welcomed warmly and loved staying here. It's a charming place that made you feel like you were staying with family. It was clean, had a smart TV, and toiletries. The train does come through and woke us up once a night. It honestly didn't bother us, but it's something to be aware of. Bring a wall charger for your phone, as well. No usb-c plug in. |We are so happy to have found this place! It was our first time visiting and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Just a quick stop on a drive East for us. The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast had cereal, bagels, muffins and more. Our walk to downtown took about 25 minutes. Really appreciated the window air conditioner on a very hot day!

My husband and I stayed here 2 weeks ago when we were in town to pick up a travel trailer from Thompson RV. The room was impeccably clean with comfortable beds and charming decor. The staff was positive, accommodating and dedicated to the guests' comfort. The manager even provided a large bandaid when asked. The breakfast offered something for everyone. I look forward to our next visit to Rugged Country Lodge.

For a budget hotel it’s terrific. Rooms are a bit small. We start here cause the ratings were 8/10. Extremely clean. Decent breakfast. Friendly owner who wants to please. Would stay here again.

Such a cute little place, VERY CLEAN and Cozy. We stayed two nights. We arrived just before midnight and the owner kindly met us at the office and checked us in. AC was nice and cold, water was nice and hot! Great location, wonderful owners. Thank you We will definitely stay again. Can not beat the price either!!!

This Lodge was the perfect place to land on our drive from Wyoming to Washington. The owner had already closed up for the night, but we called and he told us to come to the office. I was very happy and pleased with his hospitality. The room was just the right combination of homey comfort and classy get away. It was very clean and comfortable and the price was very reasonable. I would make it a point to stay here again on our travels.

This little hotel is a cozy place to stay at! Attention was great, they are very polite and give you a room key which reminded me of old times🥹 cute detail that should never change. Rooms were clean, sheets clean and bed was comfortable. They are pet friendly :) and there is breakfast included in a pretty room they set up for you, it is not luxury but it’s pretty, clean, and feels like a warm welcome in the mountain. Definitely would stay again!

Prior to arriving I had requested a lower level quiet room and we were pleased when we arrived to have received that. Fortunately, we had no one stay above us and despite being close to the road and train tracks I didn’t hear any noise during the night. The room was small but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The clerk who checked us in was very friendly and made a good suggestion of a Thai restaurant for dinner. Breakfast the next day in the rooster room was an adequate continental breakfast and we appreciated their efforts.
