Absolutely do I enjoy this store so much every employee is soooo damn professional,humble, friendly, attentive to customer's and just seem to enjoy their job...they need to do commission for top employees... IJS💯😁💯
I shopped at this store and it did have a very good selection of nice good quality things but what I enjoyed most of all was the support I received from a manager Carroll. I had an issue with an item and he went above and beyond to do the job right and make sure that I was completely satisfied! Thanks Carroll for all your hard work! I will definitely be shopping there again soon!
Very friendly and helpful sales associates. Decent selection for both guys and girls. Most deals are reasonable. Their cologne and perfumes smell good and are cheap.
Came in for my girlfriend and walked out with stuff for both of us. Andrew was awesome help! Easy-going guy and had no issue striking up conversation and had good knowledge of what was new and the sales that would benefit us. The survey site was down but I hope this gets to you man!
I'm bbw and the second I walked in the store a very rude and very skinny girl greeted me by saying " hello . Any of what we have that might fit you is over on our discount rack in the back of the shop. You could look through there and if any of it fits our dressing rooms are over there" .. I was astonished and my fiancee was very angry and wanted to leave right away . Last time we went there.
I love Rue 21 there clothes aren't always cheap but if you get there when there are sells you can get some total steals. The people when I went there were very nice and kind and also the clothes are VERY comfortable.
Asked if my daughter and I could get a fitting room and was told "I suppose" as the worker shuffled her feet over to the rooms like she would rather be doing anything else...come to find out she was a manager. Terrible. Cashier was very friendly
The sales clerk ask for my phone number and I said no thank you. She turned to what I assume was a manager and she said we have to have it like I couldn't buy the t-shirts for my grand daughter if I didn't.

I was there yesterday (Feb 11th), and the employees were AMAZING. They were all helpful, polite, and acted like they cared about doing their jobs (AND making customers happy). That is so rare these days; they deserve a shout-out. I didn't catch every
I thoroughly enjoy the wonderful soaps, body moisture creams, and chapstick. The scents are wonderful. Some of the chapstick is seasonal, which makes it fun.
