They are very helpful with markdowns every time I visit the store. So helpful and friendly. With these days and time I never have alot of money to spend but there prices are reasonable, and now they have a larger selection on plus sizes. What you waiting for enjoy.

Nice items but honestly it's cheaply made. I usually only go in for ideas of clothes to diy or if they're having a sale. I'm surprised they're still in business tbh. Staff is always nice though you get the idea you're interrupting.
Love love love Rue21... did I mention I LOVE Rue21? Lol seriously though Chambersburg store is THE BEST Rue21 ever! They have the friendliest, best staff ever! I just love going in because the girls are SO sweet and helpful, they can talk me into anything, I always leave with more than I thought I was going to buy, but it's ok because I LOVE Rue21 and the girls!
I think you may want to change your hours on website it says you are open til 10 Pm on Saturdays and it's 9:15 now and doors are locked. Not good when you drive an hr to pick something up shipped to the store
This store was very clean and the displays were very well arranged. Great variety of clothing and accessories! The staff were friendly and helpful!
Most people think this place gets expensive, but it really doesnt. I can vouch for Rue21 in saying this place has great fashion at amazing prices.
Love this place sometimes they take long to come to the register so you can pay but the low prices are worth the wait and the staff is friendly
