Rudy's Tacos - Taco restaurant in Waterloo - 2401 Falls Ave, USA

I usually get the 3 soft shell beef tacos. Their food is consistently on target here. Mostly local and fresh. Very attentive service.

Frequented Rudy's in college and while I was back my son and i stopped in. There taco salad is every bit as good as I remembered and my son agreed!! Update: we were back again and Rudy's is still amazing! The taco salad is my go to, this time we tried the taco pizza too. It was amazing!

Horrible food and under seasoned. Have ate here 5 times this year and Everytime my girlfriend has got food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE. Under seasoned and horrible taste. Stay far clear unless u want food poisoning

Beef nachos are fabulous perfect ratios chips, beef, beans, cheese, olives, and onions

Poor quality, increased prices from advertised. -We picked up the mucho nachos to split between office staff. Have had it several times. Never looked like this. Soggy chips, tasted and looked like canned tomatoes poured over everything and bland taste. The salsa was on the side -paid $3 for that. Had always came with olive, onion, fresh tomato, jalapeños and melted cheese. Chips were crispy-not the soggy mess here. Price for the mucho nachos was $3 more than 2 weeks earlier. Paid $5 for that little dressing size guacamole-that didn't come with the chips. Was told that I had to say I also wanted chips to get them. I called to speak with the manager and of course was told that he was busy- pretty rudely. I did not get a call back so here is the review I would have told the manager. Won’t be going back and we were loyal customers.

I’ve been going here for years. Love the food. Love the atmosphere. So many great options. And I love that they try to source as much food as possible, locally. Definitely a staple in the community.

I've always liked Rudy's growing up we use to go there ever week . We just recently went there and so much had changed I paid $10 just for 2 basic beef tacos which I think is insane . We also ordered chips and salsa and ypu domt get free refill on chips . I love the atmosphere I have nothing bad to say about this place just the prices .
