Stopped in for lunch and Joyce was our server. She did a great Job serving us. Kitchen could have clicked a little better. Ordered fries extra crispy, they came out oily and less than warm. Burgers were medium. Rare and delicious. They did fix the problem and the new fries came out fast. To me that made for the better service. Always a good choice and we will be back. Would have had salad to go with dinner but price for salad bar and 1 trip should be different. Again, not a biggie, but something to look at maybe $2.00 for 1 trip added to meal. Just my 2 cents.

We went and while not full, waited about 20 minutes for a table. About 10 minutes later, our waitress came over and apologized for the wait. She took our drink order and didn't come back. I saw her more than once talking to other staff members while her tables waited. She finally came back with the drinks and took our order about 10 minutes after that. We each had a burger that was just a little thicker but the same diameter as a regular Mc Donald's burger. That and a few fries was about $14. We told the waitress we were done and needed the check and waited about 15 minutes for that. All the while we watched her talking to other waitresses, the cook and others. Overall a terrible experience and a reason why one of the last Ruby Tuesday's will not be around long. A shame because they used to have great burgers for years and cutting down on quality is no way to compete in a competitive market.

Had a rather disdapointing visit to this place last night. We took our inlaws out for dinner as they recommended . They've been before and found it to be decent value. But this was a long time ago and wasn't the case yesterday. We were greeted at reception by 2 members of staff. We seemingly interrupted a minor quarrel, where one turned to the other and snapped at her to 'just take them to a table'. It wasn't even close to a polite or inviting welcome in to the building. We were sat next to a large group who had just finished. A few of them weren't happy but nobody came over to look at their problem with their bill and the use of gift cards. They eventually left but were promising to go elsewhere for their meet up in future. But the real disappointment was the standard of food. My Pasta was clearly not fresh and tasted mostly of salt. The chips and tots on other plates were stone cold. The bun on the Philly Cheese steak was just a soggy, microwaved mush that fell apart. My wife didn't eat her meal, the combination of cold tots and a nuclear hot but inedible bun led her to make a rare complaint. It was taken off the bill. But we still spent $110 on three meals and drinks that didn't meat expectations for that kinda price. There are many better places to check out nearby in/around The Villages. I can't think of anywhere I've visited recently that asked for so much but delivered so little. I would suggest looking elsewhere for good food and atmosphere.

LOOK AT THIS SALAD BAR! I met the young man who makes it all and also cleans it every three seconds. Talk about pride! It was spotless, delicious, and fresh! Summer was our waitress and she went above and beyond. Especially on Christmas Eve. Cannot wait to go back!!!

Only waited 15 minutes for a table on a busy night. Our server, Nicole, was very attentive and personable. I ordered the Hickory Bourbon Salmon. It was perfectly cooked by the chef, Barry. We asked for some extra sauce, coffee, and sour cream, all of which was delivered promptly. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Our table wasn't clean when we sat down, and the floor should have been cleaned also. Ordering our food our waitress took our order and didn't really pay much attention to our needs. Our food came to us warm like it was sitting in the window, and the place wasn't busy at all. The cheese in the dipping sauce separated from sitting too long in the window. They messed up on our order twice and the manager seemed not to really care. Our food came out in over 45 minutes from us ordering. Probably won't go back again.

Went in for their special Rib eye & Scallops, which were excellent along with a huge baked potato. My Server, Joyce, who is also the bartender, was very friendly and attentive. I will be back as they have many specials that look so good, and will sit at the bar for more excellent service.

Salad bar is amazing. They have all the goodies including garbonzo (chick pees) and their ranch is top notch. The crutons are unique and fantastic, they are pumpernickel and a little less crunchy but great. The steak, I wouldn't recommend the steak, my "ribeye" was 1/4 of an inch thick and more like a thick steakum but the scallops were top notch. The actual steak and cheese...mid at best. Quesadilla was pretty decent though, if you like those you'll like Ruby Tuesdays version. The waitresses are hit and miss on drink refils and giving people their bills, thats a simple fix if the management makes a meeting. People want drinks the entire time they are there...and we want to gtfo when we are done. All things considered it is a nice place with halfway decent food.

This was my first time here, everything was clean. The food was so yummy. No chlorine tasting water. They had slices of lemon for your water. They even have samples out front before you go in! The grape salad was delicious too!
