Ruby Tuesday - American restaurant in North Augusta - 1183 Knox Ave, USA

Worst restaurant experience ever. Staff was short and those there acted as it there gave a damn less about anything besides their nails. Food was terrible for the price. Took and hour to recieve a Togo order after we've spoke to management, this was a sit down meal but boy did the tables turn. Here's a picture of this restaurants version of a bacon club! Wowwwwwwww ,,, I love bacon and there is plenty of that but I'll tell ya... there isn't anything else besides some weird sauce and a couple 🥒 pickles.

Dinner with family and friends for a special occasion. There were about 30 in our party. We made arrangements ahead of time. The 2 waitresses went above and beyond the call of duty as they took care of our needs in a timely manner. A special thanks to them. (I wish I had gotten their names. ) My and my wife's food was good. Thanks.

We arrived at 9:30 p.m. on 12/16/2023, after being out Christmas shopping for hours. Our waitress was Mikala/Michaela. She was excellent. We had a party of 5. She constantly checked on us. I don’t believe any of our glasses were ever empty. Our appetizers came out and in 15 minutes our dinner was out. Four of our 5 ordered steak cooked at different stages and it was cooked to perfection! The salad bar is to die for! The entire staff was friendly. Even the manager spoke to us and asked about visit. It was a great visit. Thank y’all for the great experience.

We sat at the bar and had the best time ever. The Bartender was 100% perfection, food was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere was ideal! I wish I could rate it 10 stars, especially the service!

The food was okay. Nothing had much flavor. I had the Smokehouse Cheeseburger and my wife had the deconstructed ka-bob. They were out of some things like french fries. Restaurant was pretty empty, and things were still slow. Entire dining room needed to be cleaned. There was food on the back cushion of my seat that I had to wipe off. Food scraps on the floor in numerous places. Other tables near us had complaints as well. Probably a one and done for us.

I haven't been to this location in awhile but the service was always good and the salad bar was filled. Tonight was no different. Good 80s pop, the bartender got my togo order quickly, and I fixed my salad. The baked potato was overcooked but edible and the Ultimate Chicken was fine. The food is always hit or miss for me but the salad bar never fails.

This restaurants been around since I’ve been born. I’ve always loved going here and I’ve always enjoyed the food. But I can honestly say it has gone downhill bad. The blonde haired manager sucks. The curbside pickup sucks. The food is subpar. Really disappointed in this restaurant.
