Ruby Tuesday - American restaurant in Greensboro - 7611 Thorndike Rd, USA

Brought my business team here for a brain storming session. Big mistake, salad bar had old veggies mix with fresh. Ribs are bad, poor quality, all of the sides are better at cheaper restaurants. Very dissatisfied at the fact the seats are dirty, restroom out of soap. Clearly not managed well. We spent 125 for four was worth 20.

My experience here was great. The reason I am giving it a 4 star is because we were told there was a 20-minute wait, but we were there much longer. It seemed like they forgot about us until they overheard me say something about us waiting. The steak kabob was delicious!! I totally recommend this. Our waitress was the best. She provided us with excellent service.

Ordered the salad bar $13 and it wasn't stocked for the vast part of the time and it wasn't clean at all. Had 2 people at the front door right by the salad bar and they just stood there doing nothing the whole time. You'd think they'd give them a rag and at least they could keep the salad bar looking good

The food was just ok. My salmon was overcooked and dry. The veggies were very good though. We had to constantly ask for items. The server brought our spinach artichoke dip with no plates nothing to dip it with.The server had messed up my order. He acted nonchalant about it. Someone came to the table Who I assume was a manager and asked how everything was. I explained about my order. She promptly took care of the situation concerning my order. My friend was treating to lunch. When the check came she refused to leave a tip. I felt even though the service was poor. I did leave the server a tip. I am sure he knew how lousy his service was but I would never be vengeful in that way and not leave a tip.

First, and foremost, I do NOT like ribs! That being said, except for Ruby Tuesday ribs! They are exquisite and I've "experimented" at so many places that I automatically know, if I see them on any other's menu, no thanx! RT's will truly fall off the bone with a gentle slide from your fork and a knife has never been necessary. Simply mouth-watering! Bringing back the onion straws would be a plus but I won't quibble over the menu addition of tots. I always order the full rack (like a piggy) so I can take half home for another meal. The only reason for 4 stars: the floor and table could have been a little cleaner.

We ordered the Hickory Bourbon Salmon and the Smokehouse Cheeseburgers. The food just wasn't good. The Salmon was served with rice pilaf and zucchini. Well... The Salmon was overcooked, the Rice Pilaf was awfully dry and the Zucchini were burnt. The Cheeseburgers looked pleasing but the meat was very grainy, not the juicy burgers that we were expecting. Sorry but I was not impressed at all. You get 3stars!

My wife and I went on a busy Friday night and we very much enjoyed our dining experience. The management and staff were SUPER friendly and accomodating. We had a great night out and will return in the future. Extra kudos go to Jackie, the GM, for her exemplary professionalism and courtesy in handling our order! Great job all around.

Delicious food, and great service by Heather. So sweet, fast and friendly. The Tilapia and Shrimp New Orleans entree was amazing! And they have a delicious Cajun rubbed Ribeye! Love the salad bar and miss this restaurant being closer to home in Winston-Salem. Glad there is still a Greensboro location. Thank you Heather for a great visit. We will be back soon!
