Ruby Tuesday - American restaurant in Mebane - 103 Spring Forest Dr, USA

I'm just an Uber driver, and the manager was so kind to help deal with a situation, and i was positively surprised with the spirit of help. Imagine how much they work hard to satisfy the customer🫶

So I was there for lunch the day after Christmas with my wife. We were both exhausted and hungry. Very hungry. I got the chicken carbonara, she got a rack of ribs with fries and onion rings. There were only 4 people working that day and although they were scrambling to keep up, they never made it feel that way. The pasta and sauce were excellent. The chicken was dry, but not bad. The ribs were really bad though, much tougher than I’ve ever had from Ruby Tuesdays. Their ribs are usually a safe bet. The onion rings were pretty average, but the fries were amazing! The manager came over and asked how things were. She was so friendly, easy and kind. She offered to remake the ribs but we declined, as we only had so much time. Our server again, was wonderful. I’m certain that under normal circumstances this restaurant would be good, and the front of house staff is top notch.

My son,his wife and I went there for supper on 2/3/24. We walked in and we're told the kitchen was behind in getting the food out,we're told we had to wait 20 minutes was okay time wise for a Saturday night. The hostess Tabitha said she couldn't seat us because the servers would get confused so we waited in the foyer in the cold. My son and I ordered the ribs and they were so tough and chewy you couldn't even pull them apart to eat them. He and I both didn't even finish them Very disappointed.

Went for lunch. Service was fast and good. Price was really reasonable. Could have had more food on plate but still filling. They have good coupons too.

Service and drinks are great! Bartender Brenda and Rebekah are great. However, the Seafood is not good at all. Burgers and Ribs are ok.. The salad bar is ok, sometimes. Although it is likely the best option for food.

We were traveling through the state on our way home. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat around 5pm, and were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our server was fantastic, and the manager was actually interacting with guests and checked in on us. We ordered mac & cheese for our daughter, and the 2 for $24 for us. The food came out hot and fast. The mac & cheese was just boxed Kraft, but our daughter still ate it all. We both had the bourbon glaze chicken, and it was cooked really well. Much better than we've had at places that cost way more. Would definitely recommend!

The place was clean and our waitress was polite and attentive. Those are top items for us, BUT other than the good, fresh, unsweetened iced tea, the food was only one step above "ick". The fries were tasteless, the chicken tenders were very bland and over-breaded, there was no honey available for dipping (as requested), and the 5-cheese Philly was absolutely covered in "bland, gooey, tasteless cheese". The salad bar was exceedingly clean but just "okay". The croutons did NOT disappoint. Still... it will be a long time before we forget and make the same mistake again.

Tyler was absolutely attentive with a great pleasant patient persona and I enjoyed his jokes as well. As a parent he asked if he could go ahead and bring the kids food out which was amazing to get them satisfied so we could enjoy our meal. Best server I’ve had in years and definitely since the pandemic and I very much appreciated it!!!!
