Ruby Tuesday - American restaurant in Mobile - 5205 Service Rd, South Higgins Rd, USA

My family and I went for dinner. When we arrived we were seated quickly. Our waiter was friendly and patient. We got spinach and artichoke dip, chicken and broccoli pasta and chicken tenders with fries. Everything tasted great but the food wasn't as hot as it could/should have been.

Absolutely amazing. Had a fantastic mother's day and will definitely be back. All of the food was cooked to perfection. The hickory bourbon ribs are always my favorite with a baked potato and the best salad bar in the world. Thank you so much

Arrived for curbside in 15 minutes as instructed. The wait was baffling because all I ordered was a stuffed mushroom appetizer. I've just been going to different places trying them and have yet to find any that just tastes delightful 😊.. These were ok but the stuffing came already mixed so there's no way to ask for NO ONIONS.

If you asked me in 2023 I would have given them 2 stars, however with a renovation of the inside of the restaurant and a change of the menu I found my last visit in January 2024 to be a great experience. The staff was kind and timely, the food choice was better. I ordered crab legs which is my favorite, however they were overcooked. But I will give them another chance, and at the end of the day they still have the best salad bar.

I like coming to different Ruby Tuesdays mainly for the salad bar. Over all, they seem to do good with keeping it stocked, and with fresh items and plenty of choices. Their food to me is generally very adequate, but not outstanding. Our tater tots were good as expected, but both sandwiches seems as though they were the preformed frozen patties, as opposed to fresh. Many places do this, and can still turn out with a good meal. They weren’t bad, but they were not fantastic either. As I stated, they were very adequate. But again, we come to this chain mainly for the salad bar. It rarely disappoints, and to use, the main meal is secondary to the salad bar we come for. So, essentially, we got exactly what we expected to get. Service was pretty good as well. So, I’m giving it 4 stars because it was everything we expected, but not giving it 5, because they could up their game on the quality of their main meals.

Absolutely terrific. Food was just like the pictures. Salad bar Absolutely surpassed my hopes and dreams. Everything was phenomenal. It's been many years since I been because I moved. And today was just the same amazing experience I've always received.

We celebrated my Granny's 84th Birthday Dinner here and it was great (15 people) The food was really good, being they have a entire new menu, They aren't pricey and have great meal deals to choose from. The ribs are the bommbbbbb 😋 a full rack has about 12-14 baby backs and they fall off the bone 🤤🤤 Overall for 2 people (on my ticket) we paid around 50$ including our foutain drinks. They have alcohol and a bar as well that u can enjoy. Oh yea 1 more thing the salad bar is AWESOME and ENDLESS‼️(for 3.99 add on to any entrée) Or u can enjoy it by itself for either 7.99 or 12.99 (can't remember 🤦🏽‍♀️😂) OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE‼️‼️🥰 SN: THEY CAN ACCOMMODATE A PARTY OF UP TO 30 PPL- U GET YOUR OWN AREA‼️‼️‼️ Call and ask for Manager Josh!

Went to dinner here a couple of nights ago. We both ordered the steak and baked potato. I also ordered a side of coleslaw. The steak looked gray, tasted funny on the first bite then I smelled it and it was awful! Needless to say I did not eat anymore of it. The potatoes were so small ( maybe 5 forkfuls worth) it was ridiculous. The coleslaw ( an extra 3.99) came out in a little cup used for dipping sauce and it tasted old. Spoke to the waitress about everything, she was very nice and did take of one of the dinners. Still paid an outrageous amount for just one terrible dinner. Would not recommend this place nor would I ever go back.
