AWESOME service & the food was fresh & tasty!!! Kat was our server & was very attentive & a hard worker! Go see her for lunch!! The host that greeted us at the door & sat us at our table was very welcoming. My mom loved her hickory bourbon salmon dish & I had the crispy chicken sandwich which was hot & fresh with the perfect amount of fries. The salad bar was clean & very well stocked. We will definitely be back!
Emily is the bomb!!! I am very picky and she is TOP NOTCH! Her customer service is amazing! Me and my mom came to St. Augustine to shop and I’m happy that we decided to eat lunch at Ruby Tuesday! We will definitely return and hopefully she is here next time!! Again, amazing service and her energy is so positive and nice!
Service started shaky at this location as it took a while to even have our drink orders taken, but there was a group mentality among the staff and we were taken care of once they saw we did not have drinks. Now on to the food…..the food was legit amazing. It was hot, fresh, and so satisfying. We ordered the appetizer sampler (not pictured), fish & chips, Philly cheesesteak, and cheeseburger. All recommended.

Staff is always pleasant and efficient. Management is always visible. Ruby’s has a nice variety of main dishes and appetizers. I want to give a shout out to Hannah for the consistency excellent service she provides.
Both the food and services were Excellent but I was confused, I thought I ordered a 6oz Ribeye. The sever said it was but it sure didn’t look like a ribeye.
Our Bartender Megan was Amazing, I wanted a drink not on the menu and she was able to put it together. Tonght we decided to just do a bunch of apps.... mozzarella sticks, spinach dip, chicken quesadilla and The grand Finale was the BBQ chicken nachos. Everything was yummy!! I did consider their salad bar which was fully stocked, but the apps were calling me.
Kelly was a great pleasure to have as a waitress! I am a seafood lover. I was undecided about what to get and she told me about crab legs that they had added to the menu but was not listed. I was elated!!! Great job Kelly!!!
Great little spot. Stopped in for my first time and had the Asada Bowl. Solid little bite of food, I must say. Good choice of hot sauces for the dips. The staff was very personal and welcoming.
