Ruby Tuesday - American restaurant in Winder - 25 S Broad St, USA

I ordered the hickory bourbon salmon with corn and rice pilaf. It is not edible the corn looks as if it had been out for days and the rice wasn't up to par ither. It could have been packaged better.

So, we get to-go food from here all the time at work. The last few times we have, the food has NOT been good. For instance today, I got the Hickory Bourbon Salmon. They overcooked and over seasoned the fish. The broccoli I got was mushy, the zucchini was burnt. Overall very disappointed and will probably not be spending anymore of my money here. They need to reevaluate whoever is cooking in their kitchen. The prior time we went, was a few week ago. I got a ribeye steak, and it was overcooked (I asked for med rare) and chewy. It was also pretty thin, so I am not even sure it was ribeye. They used to be so on par, but not anymore. Quite sad!

It's another holiday season at Ruby Tuesdays. Once again the bartender Becky is exceptional! She's on her game! All the women here work hard and the kitchen staff is awesome. Smash burgers are fantastic! Mushroom swiss. YES!

Desiree was our server tonight. She was prompt, friendly and helped us with our coupon. The food was outstanding! Great experience! We will ask to be seated at her table in the future.

My kids and I have eaten here for years and we eat her often. The staff are the best. It does not matter who you sit with because you will always have a 5 star dining experience. Tonight’s experience was with Mallory and she was fantastic as always. She makes suggestions, checks to make sure you are enjoying every course you’ve ordered, and your drink never goes empty. The food was amazing also! The new holiday menu items are definitely worth stopping in and trying.

Brandon (manager) and Mallory (our server) were AWESOME! We had an issue and without us even saying anything, they both were on top of it and handled it promptly! I had been here about 9 months ago and rated this place 1 star. However, the team and environment seemed better this time around. They were actually there for the customers. We were VERY pleased with our experience this time and will be back soon.

The food was good. 29 people had a great family reunion. Don't call for reservations. They don't pay attention to them. Our host of the reunion tried a month before a week before a day before an hour before hour and a half after the point of time to be there. We finally had seats. The staff worked hard to make sure everybody had their meals, drinks, anything we wanted.

Ruby Tuesday is pretty good in general. This one has great service and pretty good food. It suffers from the usual problem of these types of restaurants: sticky and torn menus, not super clean, overcooked food. The menus are always torn, sticky, broken, etc. The tables are also sticky and the silverware is just clean enough but not amazing. Finally the food is good, but some dishes feel like they were nuked in a microwave. Overall it’s a 4 star for a Ruby Tuesday type place.
