Joe was friendly and attentive. His service was great. I like the saucy, sweet, and tangy BBQ sticky ribs. The blackened tilapia was good, too. Ruby Tuesday's atmosphere is comfortable. I return because of the menu options and chance to try different things at the same chain. Although the keep the favorites, they are always adding or changing menu items.

Great food and professional service. Al was the manager, he went out of his was to make our dining experience awesome. The desserts he made for us was fantastic. Our waitress, Jessica, was the best.

The only positive was our server. He was very attentive and when needed something he was right there. The food on the other hand was not good. The salad bar was empty, the chicken was way to salty and the tots were either cooked way to long or the oil needed to be changed, or both. Just not good food at all.

Me and a friend went today. Great atmosphere but our server Jessica’s attitude was very nonchalant and not attentive at all. Had to ask manager for refills. Was not even greeted by her upon taking order. Did not even know her name until I received my check to pay. Manager Al was excellent though. Food was ok.

Came here a couple weeks ago with my Husband. Our server Joe and the manager Allen were FABULOUS. We’ve been back nearly 3 times a week since. Great service, Allen is a great manager and cook, and fantastic prices.

My husband and I had a early dinner yesterday. Salad bar was fresh & tasty. My husband enjoyed his Captains Platter Seafood. The manager So was very kind & attentive.

We went to Ruby Tuesdays on Sunday, January 28 for lunch. Having been there many times before.. I wanted to try something new! Bad Idea!! I ordered the pot roast.. it said it comes with carrots and peas and is served over mashed potatoes. I surely wish I had taken a photo..but I didn't because we were with other guests.. I did complain to the waitress that my mashed potatoes were swimming in the "juice" not gravy... and literally had melted away.. I showed her my bowl of juice with 2 small pieces of beef on the side.. what was left of the potatoes swimming and a few.peas also floating. She offered to bring me new potatoes. Which she did.. they were plopped in a ramekin sloppy and tasted very bkand.. no seasoning.. I did not make a scene any more because of our guests.. BUT I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR SOMETHING ENTIRELY DIFFERENT FOR LUNCH. It was truly inedible. I picked a lite at the meat.. but really did not eat it at all. Oh it was supposed to have garlic bread.. I had two triangles of aome dark sliced bread.. halway submerged on the side of the plate in the "juice" It was truly disgusting! Makes me feel a little sick thinking of it.. IT WAS THE WORST MEAL I HAVE EVER HAD AT RUBY TUESDAYS! I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM A MANAGER.

I was hoping the food would be as good as the atmosphere looked. I ordered the all you can eat salad bar. Definitely not worth the 12.99 My son ordered a guacamole burger with fries. The bun was so hard, but he ate it anyway. He was a hungry teenager and I wish I would have taken him to a better place. Food quality is definitely not like it used to be years ago. Won't be going back.
