Ruby Tuesday - American restaurant in New Freedom - 1020 Far Hills Dr, USA

Would give 0 ⭐️ if possible - Horrible disgusting plastic elastic scallops, mush broccoli, starched rice - not edible. Also ordered fish and chips not even low end fast food drive thru quality this place should be ashamed and probably shut down like most of the rest of the Ruby Tuesdays have been already. Note: Only stopped in since it was attached to the same parking lot as a hotel I was staying at; I regret the walk across the parking lot. Accidentally ate a scallop if I get sick I am sending them the bill!!!

Everything on the salad bar was fresh and delicious. The fish and chips were ok but could have been fried longer. Service was ok. The waiter never offered to refill my drink. Just seen as ad that fish and chips are only $9.99 on Fridays. They charged me full price of $11,99. Didn't realize until I was back home. The server never mentioned the special. Just be aware ware that you are being charged correctly.

Cold fries. Cold sandwich. Ordered toppings for fries…didn’t get them, but was charged. This is why chain restaurants in this area fail. Allowing people to “quality” check means nothing to them. Seriously avoid this place at all cost!

A beautiful location sitting on a high elevation- the hostess was very friendly-the server friendly and knowledgeable- this was a lunch visit. My cheeseburger a little dry but I let it pass- the plate presentation was very nice. My husband did enjoy his ribs and baked potato- this lactation situated beside a Hampton Inn.I look forward to visiting when in the area!

The pasta is good but they halved the pasta you get and upped the prices. You can't do both. Either up the price and keep the portion the same or lower the portion and keep the price the same. Corporate, come on now. We aren't blind. The food very noticeably shrunk and the price increased. Unless you have gift cards to use up I wouldn't recommend Ruby Tuesday at all. There's plenty of other options that won't rip you off so much. The Shrewsbury location itself is fine, though. Great people. My issue is with all Ruby Tuesdays, not this specific location. The store didn't make the decision to shrink portions and up prices.

Service was great. Had a minor issue with food allergy but was fixed immediately.

Ruby Tuesday always seems to be either really good, or really bad with no in between. I'm glad to say that this place is all good. They've got friendly staff, good bartenders, good cooks, and fresh, well prepared food. We come here sometimes when we just don't have the time to cook because it's close, the prices are reasonable, and we've never had any issues. They've got a good selection of gluten free options for those with allergies also so you can eat here safely.

Went this past weekend and had a lovely time! In town visiting my cousin Louise and she wanted to prove such thing as a good Ruby Tuesday existed! The location in my town is notorious for their poor service and cold food. Imagine my surprise when my steak was juicy and my server Sam was a delight. Consider my opinion flipped!
