Ruby Tuesday - American restaurant in Evans - 4203 Washington Rd, USA

The worst place to come to for anything but salad. My coleslaw is in a bowl that may have been washed when it was new? The new Cheesesteaks are a waste of money. The lady cleaning the tables is tossing stuff on the floor, instead of into her hand and into the trash. The seats are falling apart, and the chairs are pulling out of their frames, this could be a huge liability lawsuit. Please stop segregating the people coming into the restaurant. Maddie is overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated.

Food was cold and thrown together. "Grilled" vegetables were raw and sloppily cut. Chicken was tough. The rice was the best part of this meal. Also requested loaded baked potato and received mashed potatoes.

Customer service is terrible. There was no hostess to greet or seat you. I waited at the bar for several minutes before anyone even addressed me. The salad bar was not stocked. The workers were standing around and no one bothered to ask me if I needed any help. I had to ask one of them for a receipt so that I could pay and leave. This is the second time that I have been here and both were terrible experiences. I would not recommend anyone goes here.

EDIT: THE CHAIRS ARE FALLING APART. Oh my god. I paid over 20 dollars for the sorriest, most pathetic, unremarkable excuse for a burger I'd ever seen in my life. The salad bar was unattended, bland, and half-frozen. Floors were slippery even in my slip-resistant shoes. The restaurant was a ghost-town, and the waitresses all acted like they were busy and overworked when my party was literally one of 5 in the whole restaurant. Just close already!

Today was my 63 Birthday ,My Daughters asked where I wanted to eat! I wanted to eat Soup and Salad so I asked them if we could go to the Evans location of Ruby Tuesday's! The potato soup was awful! I don't know how any one could serve something so nasty! It wasn't hot it wasn't fresh the potatoes were not cooked! I was extremely disappointed! But when I went to the Salad Bar I was ""PISSED"" NASTY DOESN'T BEGIN TO DISCRIBE IT'S STATE!! IT HAD NOT BEEN FILLED IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED AND WHEN I ASKED ONE OF THE SERVERS ABOUT IT SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD SAY SOMETHING BUT IT WASN'T HER RESPONSIBILITY !! I ASKED THE MANANGER TO COME AND LOOK AT IT!! HIS RESPONSE WAS PRICELESS!! Our little waitresses was so nice I hope she finds a better place to work!! We paid for our coke and tea tipped our server and promptly left and will not return!! IF THE OWNER READS THIS😳 YOU NEED A MANAGEMENT OVERHAUL!!! BEFORE SOMEONE GETS ILL OR YOUR SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!

So I haven’t been to a Ruby Tuesday in years. Decided to take the family out tonight. When we got there it was a 30 minute wait. Then they skipped seating us. Finally sat down and ordered. It took about 40 minutes for the food to come. My food was cold and unseasoned. Everyone else food was mildly warm. We ended up getting my steak tacos comped. They are in need of more works and friendlier staff. I see now I wasn’t missing anything and will not be back.

Ok, so today was a day that this location was ridiculously busy due to a Veterans Day promotion. The store was short staffed and we had wait a while to get in. 30 minutes give or take. Cool, since we like eating here. Fast forward to an our waitress, when I tell you she was cooler than the cucumbers on the salad bar. We fell in love with her vibe. Then let’s talk about our food.. I wanted to kiss the cooks mother for birthing them! That bourbon salmon was an absolute problem!! Ooo wee!! That steak sandwich my son had changed his whole existence lol! Wife just took a bite of her chicken and simply said “yeah buddy” and that was all she needed to say! I can honestly say that over the years we have not ever had a bad experience here!! Great job yall!

I’ve had better food at a truck stop. All of their food has CHANGED for the worse and gone up in price. Wait staff looks like an episode of the wire minus the cops ( just the criminals). Food is awful. Not what any normal person would consider edible. Makes Hardee’s look like a 5 star restaurant. In addition, the whole environment, wait staff and bar made me feel like I needed a shower when I left.
