Ruby Tuesday - American restaurant in La Vale - 1238 National Hwy #40, USA

Worst meal experience we’ve had in a long time. We ordered an appetizer sampler with the garlic parmesan wings, they weren’t good at all. The chips and dip, and mozzarella sticks were good. I ordered their 12 oz New York strip steak meal, and my fiancé ordered the chicken and broccoli pasta. The pasta out okay, but honestly tasted like a frozen meal from the store. The steak was AWFUL. It came out the same color as a pork chop, only pink in the middle. They tried to doctor it up, but I have no idea why someone would even try to serve a steak like this. The waitress did remove the charge for the steak, and gave us a complimentary cheesecake. But would not recommend this place.

Other than sitting a big dude as I am in a little children's booth to eat. They put me in a bigger booth. Their steak was cooked to perfection and the salad bar is the best I had for a great while. Definitely going back!

I absolutely love the Ruby Tuesday salad bar and its fifty ingredient Just a warning to always check your receipt. I asked the waitress what were the specials and she told me them and the price but when I got the check the special didn't have the special price so we corrected it

This is our 2nd time coming here and it was ridiculous and unprofessional and not worth being here. We wanted a nice meal before our 3hr drive home. We sat at our table 20min before we got our drinks ordered another 10min to get them. Then waited another 30min to have our food ordered then another 20min to get the food. Then Noone checked on us again until we had finished eating the food. Then we waited another 20min to get our ticket to pay for the food. Had I no been with my minor son who is limited on where he can eat I would have walked out and never return. In total we were there over 2 hrs and they were not slammed!!! So now we are 2hrs behind schedule vs 1hr.

In La Vale I visited 3 times. First 2 times I got a steak and they were soo chewy with fat but they didn’t charge us. The 3rd time I decided on a crispy chicken ceasar salad and the chicken was over cooked and cheese was old looking and lettuce was so much stock.

We have loved this salad bar for years. However the last Time we were there food at the salad bar was old and gross. We didn’t say anything because we thought it was a one time thing maybe just a fluke. However, we were there yesterday and it was the same way. We got the endless salad bar, and someone needed to give it attention. The food was old and out of a lot of things. the broccoli salad look like it was drenched in salad dressing, so disgusting! Probably the last time we’ll be there. Don’t know what is happening but it is an obvious change.

The food and service was decent. They have something wrong with their sound system. The music kept getting really loud then really soft. At first I thought the staff was fighting over the volume. The music choice wasn't the best, which affected the atmosphere.

Our waiter was a cool guy, but the food wasn't worth what we paid. Won't be going back. I've been to other Ruby Tuesdays and had a great experience, but the one in Lavale was not it, and I won't go back there.
