Food is always good. Service is always great. Even when only a couple people are working! I had the coconut shrimp with sweet chili sauce. I enjoyed it! My husband likes the salad bar.
It's a good place to eat if you like a little spice in your food . It's Cajun. It could use a few less spicy items .
Very friendly staff the food was great. I always hesitate to order steak at restaurants and unfortunately this one was no better. The steak was very thin and dry. However the chicken was good and the shrimp was amazing. Service was wonderful and all in all had a great experience.
Food was good but I asked for my burger to be well done. Bit it was still pink inside
Our server was excellent, no qualms there. Thank you to her! The problem is the food. I had not been to a Ruby Tuesdays in some years, and the portions have become miniscule, compared to similar choices available in the area, both chain and local. It's not that the food was bad per se, just that it's totally not worth the money you pay. Choose somewhere else, is my recommendation, if you care about value (which everyone should these days.)
Oversolted, bad (very bad) prepared steak… definitely not medium rare
Mary is fantastic! Salad bar much improved since the new manager has taken over. Every time we have been in for supper 6p or 9p, the salad bar is now fresh and filled. My favorite is the broccoli salad
From the moment we walked thru the door. Something just felt off. All the way to the way, the bartender acted towards the gentleman waiting in front of myself and my boss. To the way, our server 100% and didn't listen to how I wanted my steak cooked. The the, young lady sweeping the floor on my heels as I was attempting to get a plate from the salad bar. Until I stepped away to wait patiently while she finished. Asked for them to put my steak back on the grill. And for a refill on my drink for the 3rd time.Still wasn't well done. But at least it wasn't mooing at me from my dinner plate. Needless to say I paid for Avery expensive baked tater.
Small, hole-in-the-wall type place. If you don't know it's there you'll probably miss it.
