I had lunch with a couple of girls here on NYE. The food was very good, as were the mimosa flights. This is one of the places I think has a great vibe and large menu availabilities. The service was good and overall we had a great time.
Came for a Sunday Brunch. My table got the sweet and Hot Chicken and French Toast specialty and the white chocolate pancakes. The sweet and hot chicken was alright but my friend liked it. White chocolate bread pudding pancakes were def my favorite! The beignets are delicious too. Plenty of powered sugar to go on top. The wait could be long so consider calling ahead of time.
Top noche experience. Everything was great from beginning to end. Food was amazing drinks were awesome. Shout out to Renee our server who did a fantastic job and to Nicky the manager to came and asked about our experience. Best place in Pensacola for brunch and breakfast.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Ruby Slipper in downtown Pensacola and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Despite a slight wait, the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure our comfort by providing us with a device that allowed us to explore the area while waiting. This thoughtful gesture made the wait much more enjoyable. Our server, Jules, deserves special recognition for her exceptional service. She was incredibly attentive and promptly fulfilled any request we had. Whether it was extra napkins, hot sauce, or additional creamers for our coffee, Jules brought them to our table with remarkable speed. Her attentiveness truly enhanced our dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food. My wife and I decided to split an appetizer of pig candy bacon bites, and they were absolutely fantastic. The combination of sweet and savory flavors was a true delight. As someone who typically avoids sweet breakfast options, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try the Sweet Heat Chicken & French Toast Bites. Let me tell you, they were beyond amazing. The perfect balance of sweetness and heat made them an instant favorite, and I can confidently say they will be my new go-to dish. My wife opted for a build-your-own omelette with mushroom, spinach, and tomatoes, and it was exactly as she wanted it. The ingredients were fresh, and the omelette was cooked to perfection. The quality of the food at the Ruby Slipper truly impressed us. Overall, our experience at the Ruby Slipper was outstanding, and I attribute much of that to our server, Jules. Her attentive and efficient service made us feel well taken care of. Combined with the delicious food, this restaurant is definitely a must-visit in downtown Pensacola.
One of the best brunches I ever had. Great service, great food, great drinks! I had the One Tomato, Two Tomato Eggs Benedict, Citrus Mimosa, the Mimosa flight. I like the citrus mimosa best. Everything came out fast and fresh.
Absolutely loved this place! I had the Ruby Special which was three of their most popular eggs benedict’s and they were great. The french toast bites and candied bacon was also fantastic. Loved the bloody mary as well. Highly recommend - great amount of food for the price too. Also the service? Absolutely top notch. Adored our waitress.
I am so used to being disappointed every time I go out... This place was such a nice change! The service was great! The food was exploding with freshness and flavor!!! I didn't want it to end! I suggested to my wife that we just stay until we get hungry again, lol! I had the migas, so good! Only thing I could say bad is that I didn't like the shape of the chips, I'd rather have fat, normal looking chips than French fry cuts. My wife had a chicken St. Charles and an eggs cochon with the pulled pork, they were also amazing, I liked the pulled pork one better. The hollandaise was fantastic! Beignets and bacon were really good! The tables, chairs, and benches could use an update. Overall, I am only mad that I hadn't tried them sooner! I have heard the Pensacola location is the best one and cannot wait to go back!
The food is excellent. This is not IHOP or Waffle House. It's WAY better! You haven't had pancakes like this! Even the coffee had an original, but great taste to it. My server was polite and professional, and I did not have to wait long for my food once I placed my order. It arrived hot, and the fragrances that were coming from the plate made my mouth water. I had the cinnamon swirl pancakes with bacon and sausage. The CONS: If you don't arrive early, you can wait as long as two hours. To save time, I went to their website and got on the wait list before I arrived, and that cut an hour off of my wait time. (I only had to wait about 45 minutes) Upon my arrival, it was literally standing room only. Also, it has an "open air" design, which means that there is no separation between me and my fellow Patron. They are literally less than 2 feet away or right next to you. I can hear their conversation, and they can hear mine. They did have outdoor seating, but it was too hot to sit outside on the day I came to visit. Overall, this was a wonderful trip that I will definitely be back for!

Our breakfast was amazing!! Iâm so happy that they have vegan waffles, biscuits and gravy and cappuccino!! Everything was delicious! Itâs so good find a place that offers vegan options for people who have dairy and egg allergy like me.
Amazing little food truck! You can really taste the love and thought that went into everything. Owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair for the portion size and the hand cut fries are awesome. Definitely recommend trying the
