My bestie and I had the most incredible experience at Ruby Flora tonight. The owner is such a wonderful human and she helped us make our own terrariums, even staying a bit late after close so we could take our time. She was super knowledgeable and made our experience one to remember. I can’t recommend this beautiful shop enough, there are so many plants to choose from and admire, as well as the coolest pots and trinkets for plant lovers! I can’t wait to return for another trip around the store ◡̈

Perfect small business to shop for healthy plants. Owner is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The two plants I bought from here have thrived and are among the healthiest plants I own. I no longer shop here locally but gratefully have bought online. The plants arrived carefully packed and looked amazing. Have bought plants online before (from other places) and my plants are still recovering from that travel. Very happy to now have four plants from this business. They know what they are doing and I encourage everyone to visit! Plus Bethel Bakery is right next door, so you can’t go wrong with cakes and plants!

All of the staff is so knowledgeable about the conditions that each plant should be living in. They have tons of super rare, white variegated Monstera, and other rare plants! Lots of cute goodies, honestly some very unique plants in here. They also have normal plants for $16-$25 still very healthy plants and a little $5 section! Air plants, snake plants, lots of variegated goodies! Cute pots and plant accessories too! <3 would love to come back for one of the white plants they have

I will drive by every big box store offering plants to go here! I have made the mistake before of trying to get cheap plants from Home Depot or Lowe's to have those plants contaminate my house with some mite or blight. I am not that big into flowers, and this is the most honest place to find high quality house plants to fill my home. Every plant we bought from Ruby Flora has thrived and is an amazing addition to our lives. Lindsey has given the best, straight forward advice whenever we have a issue or questions. This place is a hidden gem!

I found this place online and ordered online for in-store pickup at 8pm. It was instantly ready a couple minutes after open 11 am. Everything was exactly what I ordered ready in box tightly for travel. I really enjoyed spending time walking around looking and checking out everything from plants to pots and merchandise. I had my 3 yr old with me and she is well behaved but still a toddler. The owner talked with us both. She showed us about the parties. Also I purchased 2 more plants while browsing. The owner also quickly answered any concerns or questions I had once I was already home. I mean responded immediately lol my new favorite plant shop!!! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

A+ customer service, knowledgeable staff, and great plant selection (unique plants not found elsewhere in Pittsburgh). We brought home a dragon tree, a little fiddle and a stag horn fern and our home is so much the better for it!

Awesome place! Such an amazing selection of plants as well as accessories and more. The owner is friendly, attentive, and helpful. Prices are always fair. We love going and almost always end up leaving with too many plants (if that’s such a thing)!

Ruby Flora is truly my happy place, I always look forward to coming here to see all the new plants and plant items that Lindsey gets in (or to pick up the plant that I bought online 😂). The shop is so clean and bright, full of heathy plants. Every plant that I have bought is absolutely thriving. Lindsey also has a vast knowledge of plants and offers great advice (and wonderful conversations!). I also love all the other items she has from stickers, to supplies, T-Shirts, fun planters, and decor! Truly a gem of the South Hills. If you are near by, I highly recommend you stop by, you won’t be disappointed!
