Cozy and trendy cafe with coffeebar, high top, table and fireplace nook seating. They roast their own beans and had 3 options for pourover coffee - it was excellent. Had a fully operating kitchen as well - Had the breakfast tacos- also excellent. A must stop for the coffe nerd or the cozy Cafe fan.

Cool shop and great coffee. Warm and friendly staff. Very new age coffee shop feel. Have not tried the food yet, but based on what I saw, and what’s on the menu, I plan to come back to do so. The Maple and Homey Latte ( ordered one of each) were both top notch. …. Follow up-> I have now had both the French toast, the skillet bowl, and Birds Nest. All are 👍👍👍 yummy 😋. You can tell they are made fresh with Whole Foods and less processing. Also like that things are locally sourced when possible.

unfortunately the customer service was lacking on my last visit. the cashier seemed over it tbh. i was surprised bc on previous visits it was excellent. not today though. the micro greens were my favorite + the mimosa was so0 refreshing. the ambience was lacking though, the fire wasn’t lit, it was crowded + the vibe wasn’t friendly. the chef seemed to be the hardest worker there from what i observed + his food definitely delivered. i’m just not sure i will be returning again, it wasn’t a welcoming experience.

We stopped for breakfast and weren't disappointed! We both ordered Buckwheat Crepes with different fillings. Both were well presented and filled enough so you had filling in every bite. I also ordered a Maple Latte, but asked for half the syrup to be added and it was perfect for me. If you are in Stevens Point, add Ruby to your list of places to go. You won't be disappointed!

This place is worth a road trip! We are blessed to have it right in our back door in downtown Stevens Point! Delicious fresh roasted coffees, fresh, healthy ingredient food that presents as good as it tastes, friendly staff, fun merch, other local businesses promoted, bakery that’s second to none… are just a few reasons you’ll love Ruby. The crepes are a hands down favorite. Either savory and filling or if you have a sweet tooth, the other varieties are amazing but not too sweet! The avocado toast and egg were done to perfection and give you lots of good energy to start your day. The quiche is always amazing too but you have to get there early to get any!! It’s a popular item! Enjoy lots of variety of drinks, anyway you like your coffee. The Ruby crew knows what they’re doing and the atmosphere proves they take pride in the outcome!! You won’t be disappointed with this local favorite!

It's a nice place to go. The coffee is superb, but the food is not very good. The atmosphere is a nice urban/rural mix, relaxing, young/new style, clean, well thought design choices... The service is hit or miss. Unfortunately they hire a lot of students who are rude, inexperienced, don't know anything about coffee or Stevens Point, annoying, chatty with each other...etc. It would be a much nicer coffee house experience if the staff were not students or 20-somethings. They should at least be accompanied by an older staff member to correct them when they're being unprofessional

First time going to Ruby Coffee Roasters Cafe, the Coffee of course was amazing, the food was delicious and the staff were great so if you are in Steven's Point Wisconsin and you are looking for great Coffee, food and great service I would recommend stopping in!

I absolutely love this coffee shop! It's my favorite of all time in the area!! The coffee is great (especially the maple latte 😋) and the food is phenomenal!! The staff are very friendly & know how to make anything and everything taste amazing! A slight downfall is the building is quite small & can be a bit noisy if there is a good number of people in there. Also with the building size you're not always guaranteed to find a place to sit. They've done their best to accommodate as many people as possible, but at times can be a bit tight. But anything they have on the menu is well worth the wait even if you just get it to go. 😊
