Called to make a payment over the phone, asked Bonnie for a curtesy late fee waived, for the first time ever. I totally understand we have been late before but I’ve NEVER asked for the late fee waived, as a customer I think we are entitled to at least one late fee waived. She was very unprofessional by saying “oh well, you have been late before so that doesn’t look good, I won’t waive the late fee” rude customer service!

Office staff is very polite and easy to work with. Never had a problem in person or over the phone and made paying this bill easy.

They have online payment and my husband and I made our payment online only to receive a notice that our water will be turned off tomorrow because apparently they only accept cash 😡

Unprofessional Crooked management uses tactics to cost you additional fees. No remorse. And the water quality SUCKS!!!!!

I regularly call there for information, the ladies are always helpful!
