Strange place to stay. Funny management. The whole experience was whack. But...... the room was decent and reasonable.

WORST FILTHIEST “MOTEL” EVER. The owner is an Asian lady with the worst attitude and anger issues. She started assaulting me and stole my room key so I couldn’t go back to get my stuff out of that nasty room #218 when I went to the front desk complaining about the shower NOT working and the room being a NIGHTMARE. I couldn’t even lay in the bed, trust me you would be disgusted too. Never in my life have I experienced such disrespect from a 50-year-old lady that FAIL to manage her miserable little business. It’s only a matter of time until this disgusting place gets SHUT DOWN!!! Oh and also she threatened to call the police when I wanted access to the room that I PAID FOR, for 2 nights but when I threatened her to call them myself, she rushed to the 1st floor to unlock my room door and let me grab my personal belongings! She was literally holding all my belongings HOSTAGE and PUT HER HANDS ON ME. This 50-year-old lady is miserable and her business is too. Super unprofessional and violent. I believe this place is the WORST you could find out there. NEVER AGAIN.
Only certain people will like this place. If it's not what you are looking for then obviously you will not like it. If all you have is cash and your ID has been stolen/lost/expired then The Royal Roman is the place for you. If you like to be left alone or if you hate being looked at funny by the employees at snootier hotels then The Royal Roman is the spot for you...

This is the place to pick up whatever you may need if you're appetite consists of hard narcotics in lethal amounts! This place is a dump! It's in a horrible area of Santa Ana full of homeless people wondering up and down the street at all hours of the night. if a cop sees you in the parking lot of leaving you are guaranteed to get pulled over and fuxked with by the cops.
The 1st street motel strip basically illustrates that regardless of money, the room is gonna be the same no matter where you go, so the most important part is how well you work with management.
Sender is the best climbing gym in the OC! In addition to climbing, Nicola's bootcamp made me super strong. I have been taking her class here for years and I am stoked with this new space.
