Room was fine but we had to wait 20+ minutes to “checkout” (aka returning the remote/card to the front desk so we can get back our $100 deposit) because the front desk worker had to come and check the room and make sure it was good enough for us to checkout. But she couldn’t do that because she had to wait to get her kid on the bus (which, I do understand— but we’re on a tight schedule, and needed to leave 20 mins ago.) ((also our room was barely 50 feet from where the bus pickup was, she could have easily checked our room while still keeping eyes on her child)) She also wouldn’t let me go back in to take pictures/videos of the room either, which I offered so we can make this checkout process faster. I travel for work and stay in hotels all the time and this is the first hotel that’s ever had THAT annoying of a checkout. So annoying I had to write a review, which I also never do. Room was clean and fine, but don’t misplace that $0.05 remote or you lose $100 LOL. And beware you may be thrown off schedule bc they gotta come check your room before you can leave.
Drove from out of state. Made reservations ahead of time. Arrived at hotel and at that time was advised of a 900$ deposit for my 2 pets. Wasn't given time to make other arrangements for pet. Night worker immediately cancel my reservation. Now refuses to refund my money.... Horrible experience
We booked online and then had to pay an extra 360.00 when we got here. then we get to the room and it's the worst room ever! No table or desk ( I'm here working) not even a toilet roll holder. When I asked what all the fees I was being charged he told me he didn't have to tell me and if I was going to argue with him that I could just call Expedia (I did not even book through them) then he charged me a 159 deposit and a daily rate for my service dog which is when I told him he can't legally do that he then proceeded to tell me emotional service dogs are not covered as service dogs ( he also asked what the dog was for...which is NOT legal in any way) so I'm paying close to 800.00 for 8 nights at the worst hotel EVER.....
I really enjoyed my stay the guy Scottie was very nice and accommodating it was very peaceful no noise I loved the quiet factor and the service I do wish the rooms were a little more up to date but they was clean so I'm good there was no people hanging around it was very relaxing I'll stay here longer if I could.
I would like to start out by saying the lady you have working during the day is so rude. |For example, we came to check out about 8:00 and she told we had to wait because she had to put her kid on the school bus. |That is not our problem. Who bring their child to work? |Second, we had a hard time sleeping because the room we were in, there was a dog in the room next to us and it was barking constantly. We were in the room across from the front desk. We mentioned it to her and she acted like she didn’t care or she didn’t want to bother with the complaint. She just rolled her eyes. | We did not encounter any issues during check in. That went very smooth. Excellent service during that time.
Passed by contemplating staying here being convenient between job sites but as I saw 2 adult Tweekers on children's bicycles nervously leaving a room there I said Yeah I'm gonna just keep on driving. Pay a few extra bucks and go where you can't get high robbed disrespected and cheated out of your hard earned money
Very nice and clean room. Friendly staff and plenty of free parking.
The only thing good that came out of this visit was the night manager Scotty. He was polite, courteous and friendly. Went above and beyond. || I can’t say that about the lady who works in the day time. First of all she uses found language, she uses racial slurs and most of all she smells like a cesspool. She had a bad attitude also. || If we return, it will only be because of the service we received from Scotty. He treated us like we were family and that lady treated us like we were an inconvenience to her. || We came in to check k out, she was sitting down watching something on her iPad. It took her at least 5 minutes to even get up and acknowledge us.

We enjoyed our stop here. Beautiful view of the St. Louis riverfront from atop the overlook. Nice green space. Love that there are bathrooms on site. They were clean and not far from the overlook. We were disappointed that the geyser wasn't in operat
This is a great place to view the arch. The park was nice but I did not spend any time there - I just did not want to go into St. Louis to get a picture at the arch.
Food was bomb AF, bartender was on point, DJ had great tunes, owner was super friendly, everyone just made me and my friend feel like we were home. Y'all made me feel l was back home in Philly. I'd definitely stop again next time I'm in town. Thank y
Great place to grab take out! A diamond in the rough, and not too pricey for you to worry about. Hot, fresh, delicious chicken as well as fried rice the Midwest's best style. All the dishes are on point, as famous as surely brag about. More parking i
