Royal Regency Inn - Motel in Rock Hill - 952 Riverview Rd, USA

The ONLY amenity was WiFi. No ice. No breakfast. No visitors. Single bed cost same as 2 beds. 2 small towels. Small fridge but it did not work. It was clean

I had a terrible experience at the Royal Regency Inn. The customer service was extremely poor, and the room service was disappointing. They don't provide large towels, and the ones they do have are not only very small but also dirty. I would not recommend anyone stay at this place, as it was overall a very unpleasant experience.

The room was dated and dirty, there was something yellow running down the wall in bathroom and black mold on the ceiling, my door was broken, the air conditioner was broken and there was some very suspicious activity going on in the parking lot . The pictures they posted online to get customers are very deceiving. Over all I was very disappointed

Grand parking gratuit. Chambre correct pas cher mais sent horriblement la cigarette, ne doit pas être souvent aéré et ce n'était pas propre. L'accueil est bienveillant malgré cela.

Housekeeping would not stop trying to walk in on me. They broke open the door and kept attempting to get in. I dont recommend staying here. Rooms are terrible, service is terrible and it stinks

Positive: We didnt realize when making the online reservation that this was our second stay a this hotel, so we asked to see the room before registering. There were many improvements. Negative: There was nothing we did not like. Coffee (even in the office) would be nice. Negative: ""

I didn't realize when I booked the room for 01/15/22 that they did not allow pets. After a 9 hour drive, I was denied my room and/or a refund because I had my cat with me. I explained that the cat could stay in my vehicle as I had it's food & litter box set up in my SUV. The desk clerk was very rude & told me that the cat could not be anywhere on the property even in my locked vehicle. He then told me to go away in an extremely offensive manner. By this time all the other motels were fully booked & I had to sleep in my vehicle at a rest stop.
