The hotel was very clean...covid clean. But, no service upon entering in the rain. No valet or porters to help with luggage. Seemed drafty in our room and in the lobby where the fireplace is. We had high expectations for our 50th anniversary. The executive room was large and comfortable with no coffeemaker. It had a refrigerator, safe and iron. A hair dryer and special lit mirror in the bathroom. The shower had multiple heads. Overall, in my experiences, this was a "very nice" hotel, but not exceptional. There seemed to be a charge for almost everything. I like it, but would not return.

I can't express enough gratitude for the outstanding staff at my baby shower. Their above-and-beyond service made the event truly special. Shannon made it a point to jump in and help me pass out the favors and brought me a pushcart when it came time to wheel out my gifts - all without asking. Sheriana was really on top of making sure the event was running smoothly, continuously checking in to make sure I was happy with everything though out the event. The attention to detail in accommodating gluten-free options without having to remind or double check on was a major appreciation. The gorgeous venue is a dream of its own and the impeccable service added to the joyous atmosphere. Weeks prior to the event, I worked heavily with Erin on making sure everything was set for the event and she was so sweet, accommodating and responsive. All great qualities for a catering manager to hold when dealing with stressed out event planners. Thank you for making my baby shower unforgettable- I would come back to host any event here as it is the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had hosting an event & we all know how stressful it can be. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Such a beautiful, festive place. Decorated well for Christmas; very cozy, warm and inviting. Close to so many stores, restaurants, parks and activities.|The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.|The staff is super friendly, helpful and wonderful to be around.|Best part? |They are pet friendly and Daphne always felt welcomed and well loved. Cathy, at reception, is the absolute best! |Kind, informative, thoughtful and caring. Enjoyed talking to her; smiled and made you feel special and happy to be there.|Highly recommend

OUTSTANDING VENUE AND SERVICE. First time I hosted a party here and I will absolutely host more. Michelle- my day of coordinator went above and beyond to make the day perfect. Erin and Catrina were also patient and helpful in guiding us throughout planning. FOOD WAS ALSO AMAZING. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for a week for business and i thought the hotel was wonderful! Beautiful, location, spacious rooms, excellent food and a short walk into Rochester. The staff were exceptionally helpful especially Ruth and the wonderful Elle who took care of me at breakfast everyday! I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel!

The event was flawless. Such great service and attention to detail. However valet was shisty as hell. We left our car and received a ticket. On the ticket it says “no cash accepted” and shows a variety of credit options. Valet told us when we left our car that it would be $10 when we leave… Perfect. The wedding ended at 12:30a. Valet told us, “it’s after hours and it’s $20 for overnight.” They offered us the option to Venmo one of the Valet guys personal numbers, because the tickets are 10+ years old and the QR codes don’t work. We went to the from desk and they informed us that it was only a $10 charge for valet. The guys then offered us a free vehicle pickup, because we had a good time. I don’t know what’s going on with valet, but we have a call in to the manger. No way I’m Venmoing one of the valet guys $20 because they said so. Just be weary of that! Otherwise, a fantastic evening.

I haven't stayed at this hotel myself but I book it for our staff when in the area. So far the 3 employees we have sent to this hotel advised it's their favorite location and that the service and attention to detail is excellent. I will continue booking our staff at this location and hope to one day visit!

Not worth the money. I pay to stay at a higher end hotel for the available services and expectation of better attention. The service here was not great. We didn't stay here for an event, we stayed here because it was the highest rated hotel in the area. Our visit started off negative when we arrived. There was no valet service and the covered entry was taken by unattended vehicles. Nobody was directing traffic or managing this small area. So we had to park and carry our bags through the parking lot in the rain. Once again, I can carry my own bags and rain isn't going to kill me. But you pay the price for the service. So I never used valet the entire week we were there. Thank you for saving me all the extra money. I like to tip well and I like my vehicle right up front which I pay to have it there. Not this time. Tried to order room service, canceled that. This is the first time I didn't spend anything on services at a hotel. I didn't think that was possible. The wife was so unhappy about the lack of service she refused to give this hotel anymore money. We could have stayed at a nice hotel for a 3rd of the price and had the same experience. We will not be back. The actual room was ok. Outdated a little and the hot water never got really hot.
