Weekly stays and daily. Affordable and the rooms are really nice. Wifi is horrible! On the bus line and close to walmart and other stores.

Ok so I rent a room for 400 a week an they decide they wanna move me to do construction. Like you money hungry people. Being loud throughout the day disturbing me an my spouse. I'm very irritated at Royal inn. I'm never coming here again. I found so many other places but I didn't decide on the place to go. My spouse chose this. I didn't know it would be such an inconvenience. People don't waste yo money here.

My partner and I rented out a room for a week. They chose to do construction whilst the rooms were rented. No one was ever at the front desk. 0/10 would NOT recommend. Terrible service, disgusting rooms. Loud people and workers.

Pleasantly surprised for the price you get a Large room and bed clean refrigerator good cable tv friendly and helpful staff

This place was Old and needs a lot of work. I'm allergic to smoke but the people upstairs smoked so much it backed up filled our bathroom and room to the point I spent some of our stay wearing a mask. This place is barely passable. A lot of down on their luck people live there. Lady at desk was nice, bed was pretty good. Couch in room 15 is disgusting and not usable. Bedding was Old we had our own bedding and pillows. Very little choice in hotels but after sticking it out for 6 nights we will not repeat the mistake again. Once the room is paid for no return of your money if you choose to leave.

I called to ask if they had openings and the clerk said that they had. I booked this place because it was the only place available as everything in the surrounding cities was booked up or way to expensive for a short stay last minute. I booked it online through booking.com as she was driving. sent her the conformation she arrived about thirty or forty minutes after I booked it. |||| The Place is Filthy. She sent me pictures. The furniture and curtains have stains on them. a random desk chair looks bleached out and worn. The front desk clerk tried to bill me even though I had a conformation in hand from booking.com. wanted her credit card to charge the room again. Didn't check the website or nothing. Took her credit card information. I tried to call and talk with them but they would not answer the phone. I have tried like six times and I am sure he is not answering because of caller ID. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE... IT IS A PIT!!!!.

I just got off the phone with person at motel to ask for a price of a room told them I had a small dog he said no dog I questioned him but I said ok how much for a room he refused and told me to go somewhere else and hung up on me. I think people should be able to rate negative stars because the guy was rude on the phone and he was made accusations that I would sneak my dog in

This hotel looks more like an apartment than a hotel. The desk is not staffed full time. Instead, you have to ring a bell or call. There was no phone or clock in my room. The sound did not work on the TV. The room smelled of smoke, even though the door to the building has a non-smoking sign. My sheets had an old burn hole from the smoke. There was mold on the walls. The bed had a cheap mattress that was comfortable enough. There was only one small lamp in the main part of the room, in addition to overhead lights in the entryway. The room was quiet enough and the area is safe. I called ahead to say I would be arriving around midnight and when I got to the room, the window was open, letting in hot, humid outside air. It took about an hour of running the A/C full blast to get the room to a comfortable temperature and humidity. There's no pool or fitness center, so I checked "Not sure" for those boxes below. There was a microwave and small refrigerator (unplugged) in the room.
